Simon was very knowledgeable about the jewellery I had taken in and gave some very interesting background information on certain pieces.
I was not pushed into selling anything I didn't want too and the actual sales transaction was very quick, the money was in my account within a matter of minutes.
The office is easy to find and with parking outside, it makes it easier and much safer to take your valuables to.

Very friendly, gave good individual valuations for most of my items.
Some valuations were lower than I hoped for or expected, but overall I accepted the collective valuation. On hindsight, perhaps I should have got a second opinion particularly for items with diamonds.

Very easy to sell my old gold for cash. You can have cash or your money put straight into your bank account. Marc was very friendly & checked the gold with no fuss I would use them again.

A short wait, a welcoming greeting, put me at ease. I had only one item which was examined with great care,explained it's value which we discussed and I was pleased to accept the offer.

I met Marc and presented him with a pile of items which he meticulously sorted through, weighed what was saleable and offered me a price. I had gone to see Cambridgeshire Coins pop up in two minds if I would actually sell but Marc was professional and transparent so I took the price he offered. I was asked for ID and I was given the option of cash or bank transfer and the money was transferred to my account as I sat there. I would certainly do business with Marc again.
