They were professional and efficient. I recently purchased a property at auction using a specialised mortgage product they gave clear and considered advice, were responsive and were able to have the final mortgage offer provided well before closing.

With current climbing mortgage rates and so many different options available, it was really useful to have someone to properly advise on all the possibilities.

As first-time buyers, myself and my partner were incredibly dubious going into the process. Liam was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the mortgaging process and was able to answer any questions that we had promptly. Originally, we believed we were in the market for a flat, however Liam was able to arrange a deal in which we could put an offer in on our first house instead. Overall, just an amazingly smooth service provided with no hiccups. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for a property.

Wow what a service! Liam was with me every step of the way, from listening to me complaining about my solicitor to advising about best rates and even on exchange day when we had a blip from our solicitor. I can't recommend them enough, Liam went above and beyond, night or day. I was dubious about using an online paid service but please don't hesitate. The free services all told us we couldn't get a mortgage due to the complexities with our purchase property but Liam was confident from the onset and delivered.

Liam, my mortgage advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the outset.
I am paid in USA Dollars and work in the Middle East, therefore when I had spoken with other providers this was out of their comfort/knowledge zone.

Excellent service and tailored advice that is easy to understand. Always had time to explain things and answered emails and calls quickly. They went above and beyond what I expected by chasing solicitors for us and checking completion had gone okay. Special thanks to Corey and Amber for being brilliant.

We are a family of 7 and we decided to have children first and then sort out a home etc. So as first time buyers who do rely on top up from benefits to boost income, we really didn't know where to begin with potentially obtaining a mortgage. We did look into a shared property scheme backed by the government where we'd own 50% of the property and would then pay rent on the other half. But then would need to save up and purchase further % of the property. This initially looked good but was going to cost a fortune.
So we turned to Cambridgeshire Money for help.
I did the initial query over the internet and had an appointment booked for the following day.
Enter Corey. We spent a good half hour going through the application process and requirements. I did explain that my wage is topped up and he said there were 2 lenders who would possibly be able to offer us a mortgage. Once he'd received all the relevant information to complete the application, we waited around 3 days for a mortgage offer in principal.
Next step was to get all the required information and paperwork loaded onto the portal for Corey to sift through and there was continued progress via emails on an almost daily basis which was great (considering we were 200+ miles away)
I don't have a bad word to say for the entire process.
Once all the paperwork was complete, the application was ready to be sent. I received a phone call to confirm we wanted to proceed. All that was holding the application from being sent was the £399 fee. And in all fairness, it was money well spent.
I confirmed the payment was sent and the application was sent.
Took approx 2-3 weeks to receive the confirmed mortgage offer was ours.
Corey phoned with the amazing news and this put us on the road to finally getting our own home.
Amber would drop in every week or so to see how the progress of purchasing our property was coming along.
We can finally say, we now own our own home and this couldn't have been done without Corey, Amber or the Team at Cambridgeshire Money.

We were told by another broker after he applied to three different lenders that we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage on our property because a significant portion of it was constructed in single brick. We knew about this structural issue and we were planning to rebuild that part of the house anyway but it looked like we weren't going to be able to get a mortgage. We had just about given up hope when we found Cambridgeshire Money and spoke to Liam. He was excellent - managed to find us a specialist lender who gave us a mortgage on the property and we just completed last week! I still can't quite believe it. Thank you so much Liam for everything you did - we absolutely love our new home and can't wait to start the renovations!!

My mortgage advisor was Craig Leigh, he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to get me the best deal. After a long and stressful process due to our buyer the support I received from
Craig and his team was amazing. I highly recommend Craig Leigh at Cambridgeshire Money.

The bad reviews usually tell the honest truth. Awful service. Unable to speak with someone directly, and you never receive a response to your queries unless you constantly chase for an answer. I would actively avoid using their services if you want to secure your property and be kept informed throughout. Especially as a first-time buyer.

28/06/2021 - Had a very rushed 5 minute consultation with Corey to discuss my situation. Advised that I would need an urgent response due to a non-refundable reservation fee required to secure the property. Was told that he could possibly secure the mortgage I was looking for, and that I would receive a response by the end of the following day.

29/06/2021 Following day no response. Tried to contact twice mid-afternoon but phone lines 'too busy' and suggest to call back later. Sent an email again to confirm my information and to reiterate the urgency. Still nothing.

30/06/2021 Finally received an email advising he was looking into my situation. I responded again explaining my position and again reiterated the urgency. Still no response through the day, no email or phone call. Chased up by phone near the end of the day multiple times before getting through. Informed that we MAY be able to go ahead, but need to complete 20 web pages of information first. I also sent a further email to query the steps required as I was unsure of process and wanted affirmation, especially as a first-time buyer. No response.

01/07/2021 Currently 18:30 and I have not received a call or email to my query yesterday. Appalling company and I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Thankfully we have now secured a deal with another lender who have been superb and extremely helpful and actively keep us informed.

I don't normally do reviews but Corey has been fantastic throughout our mortgage process, very knowledgeable and professional service, would highly recommend 100%.

Well I can't recommend Corey and the team more highly from beginning to completion, you will always be kept up to date throughout the process
