I bought 2 lights, for a project which has to be filmed within days.
They said on their website that it will arrive the next day, but the lights arrived after 2 days.
On the website they say it's only lights, but I didn't expected that I will get bare light, without a cable or even a head protector.

I don't have a lot of firsthand experience of ordering items. I use the website mainly to look for products i suggest to my school to purchase on request of them.
But the website drives me insane which has made me decide to no longer use the website to select items for my school since its just extremely annoying.
Lets say i am looking for a lens and i want to compare every lens with a Canon EF mount that can do 24-70mm. So what i do is i right click every item and tell it to open in a new page. But for some reason on the MAIN page it also opens the item? What idiot designed that? I right click for a reason! And then to top it off it just forgets all the filters i JUST applied! What were the developers smoking when making this website? Its insanely annoying to use if you dont know EXACTLY what you need. Please fix this
Horrible company, no service, no respect ...
Despite the good advise at the Rotterdam shop though ... I ordered items which were partly not in stock. We agreed on a explicit latest delivery date.
Without any action or notice from their side I had to call to find out they just postpone and "hope to have the items in about 3 weeks".
My video shoot is tomorrow ... Also the "service employee" referred immediately to their general terms and conditions ... says enough.
Take your money and leave you out to dry.
Take care of yourself and buy somewhere else as if anything goes wrong ....
