A nightmare transaction
Ordered 3 cameras from Camerabox. At first I was told my order was on hold for security checking even though I had used 3D secure & ship-to billing address. I immediately called to provide them more information & confirm the order. Then they told me the order would be with me next week Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Tuesday came and went and no cameras. I then called on Wednesday only to be told that their suppliers did not have the camera and Camerabox could not tell me when they would! They didn't even bother to contact me to tell me this. At a loss for what else to do, I asked to cancel & find out that MY CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED over £500 when they did not even have an ETA for the cameras. I am beyond livid because I desperately need the cameras for the end of the week and cannot buy them because Camerabox have my money. I am so disappointed.
