This company failed in every way possible.
1). Product I was buying a replacement cable for a Celestron Advanced VX mounting's declination drive. What they sold me was a 15' internet cable. Yes, that will work, but it's not really handy to have a 15' straight cable when the mount needs a 1' kinky cable. That's not a AVX declination cable.
2). Technical/website This is one of 4 companies out of my last 2500 registrations that checks your email server domain name against a list of publicly known email servers. If you're not on the list you will never receive any email from these people. How is it security to limit OUTGOING, customer facing systems??? What could go wrong. They require you to confirm your email address. Which you can't because I never get the email.
3). Zero customer service. I opened a ticket to cancel the order and let them know about the email problem. I had to use a gmail account to set up with them and open a ticket. They never responded. Ever. I had to ask Paypal to refund the payment to them. Have still never heard a word from them.
4). More discombobulations. They let me choose "Overnight Priority USPS Mail", and charged me for it...for an item that was back ordered.
