I'm a first-time customer and was hesitant when I saw the price of the Sony A7CR was so much cheaper than the competitors. I thought it was too good to be true but read some of the overwhelmingly positive reviews and went ahead with my purchase. The camera arrived within a week and in perfect condition. I thoroughly recommend Camerasdori to anyone who knows what they want and are looking for the best price.

The communication could have been better, but the prices are unbeatable. I got a brand new Sony that normally costs a few hundred euros more elsewhere. I will definitely shop here again. The shipping took longer than expected, and I was a bit nervous about when it would arrive, but it was worth the wait.

I was at first hesitant to use this company but then when I came to read the reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to place an order.
The item I purchased was a whopping £800 cheaper than you would pay elsewhere.
The camera arrived within 7 days.
I have since tested the camera and even taken it on trips. I’m one happy customer.
Though I’d say for smaller items such as SD cards, other suppliers here in the UK may offer better prices.

Really happy - ordered a lens between Christmas and New Year and it arrived only 10 days later. The lens is just as expected and came well packaged (in fact took a while to open as so well packed!)

I ordered on January 2nd and I receive my lens January 10th. It came perfectly boxed with excellet shipment. The lens is brand new, everything in the box, looked like it was never opened. Really professional service. Communication was great as well. Comes with a back to store warranty. Couldn't be more pleased. Will certainly think of buying again as the prices are great.

I purchased a Leica D-Lux 8 from this company but after 3 months it developed a fault. I sent it back for assessment and within 2 working days I received an email confirming a replacement would be sent. 3 days later a brand new replacement was received.

Like many positive reviews for this site, this was the first time buying from Caremasdori, and cannot fault them. Delivery arrived within the designated time window (with slight leeway considering the time of the year), with item sealed and safely packaged.
Website was clear and easy to use, no hidden fees, and no additional import tax payments. Site offer a decent in-house warranty timeframe, and ridiculously competitive prices for lens.
Will use store for further purchases.

I really received the package very quickly, as a company you are great, but I didn't like the way it was packaged. a box, with a lot of tape applied. When opening the first box, the original box the camera came in had the seal broken, and inside nothing was in its place, everything was opened. I just hope everything is ok with the camera, so far so good.

I can approve that Camerasdori are the real deal and trustworthy after receiving my order quickly considering it came from so far away! Dave was super responsive to my emails and was professional throughout. It was so nice to get the R8 for way cheaper than the mainstream shops. The box is opened (I would imagine because they replaced the charger for a UK style charger that I found inside) and everything was completely new, sealed and untouched. I couldn't fault them at all. They absolutely get my seal of approval, I recommend and I hope all lot more people use them to save a lot of money. Thanks guys

No communication after several emails, parcel doesn't dispatch. But it does look like they answer bad reviews, so hopefully they answer here. Order 20251227000007 is just stuck in processing since 27th of december, so 11 days without any information..

Please cancel this order, currently its still on processing so im eligible. I have a screenshot. Thanks

- update; they said 7th for a first mail response. I am currently looking at my mail to them send on the 5th after no updates from the 27th of dec with a header stating “we’ve received your enquiry”. So please, don’t make me out to be a liar. Give people who buy either more or frequent updates, as only after you guys responded, did the status change on website and parcel tracking. Which is bizarre
