When buying grey import products there is always a doubt as to whether what you are being offered is real or not. I took the punt and received my new lense one week later. It was well packed and I am very satisfied with buying an expensive lense for 2/3rd's the high-street price.

I placed the order with CamerasDori and heard nothing from them whatsoever for four days.

By this time I was becoming worried as the only proof of order I had was via PayPal. I raised this as an issue and after a day was contacted by CamerasDori who said they were on the case.

Six days later and after several email exchanges the item was finally delivered and works perfectly and is exactly what I ordered.

The price I paid was very competitive and as I said the goods excellent. My biggest issue with them is their lack of any communication until PayPal contacted them.

Competitive prices and I honestly can't fault the customer service. They were helpful and responsive throughout. Full tracking was provided from the moment I placed my order right up to delivery, which gave me complete peace of mind. I'm really happy with my purchase. Everything arrived exactly as described and in perfect condition. I'll definitely be returning in the near future to order some new equipment. Highly recommend!

Excellent company to deal with. Firstly the price was very competitive, but the after sales services was brilliant. I had requested my delivery to be expedited if possible and this was achieved, with excellent follow up to ensure I had received the package. Would highly recommend dealing with this company.

Second time ordering from Camerasdori.
Ordered a new lens 26/11/25 for my recently purchased Lumix G9ii. The lens arrived on 02/12/25, well packaged and in perfect condition.
Once again a great experience.
I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a Panasonic Lumix TZ99 Digital Camera (Black). It was £174 cheaper than the majority of websites. I researched thoroughly and knew it was a grey import but was still dubious. Ordered on the Saturday and the following Friday I had a text from Royal Mail to say a parcel was being delivered the following day. Camera was delivered well packaged and it took a week in all. 4 days later I received an email from Cameradori to say the camera was being dispatched and 6 days later another one to say it had been delivered. Really pleased with the product, price and time to be delivered but communication is definitely not a strong point.

Terrible experience - won't be using again

FACTS:
Ordered on 12/11/25
Chased on 24/11/25, got the response "oh it's in the final stage of processing"
Email on 26/11/25: "Your order has been dispatched"
Tracking said "Order has been received , but we haven't got your parcel yet"
Another week later and tracking said exactly the same... so I emailed them
Finally got a reply a couple of days later saying "it looks like dpd hasn't scanned the parcel into their system"
Then 24 hours later it's suddenly is "we've received your parcel and it's due for delivery"

I'm guessing they didn't ship it and didn't spot they hadn't shipped until I prompted them

dpd failed to deliver that day , failed in many ways. (see my other reviews about them)

Then today it finally turned up..... Ordered on the 12/11, received on the 3/12 ,,,,,

The camerasdori customer service is terrible, only replying when they want to, and the chosen courier (dpd) is known to be absolutely terrible.

I will not be using again, avoid avoid avoid !!

Finally:....I bought several (four) lenses recently last few weeks) from the grey market, only one from camerasdori ..... three from another grey market supplier , name of which sounds like a region near Bristol.

.... Bizarrely they ALL arrived in the same kind of packaging, ALL with the weirdly taped together box, ALL with the same black plastic corner protectors just below the tape and cardboard.
Co-incidence?...... (not on your life)

My advice is DON'T use this waste of space company, I had much faster supply from this other grey market supplier .... BUT as mentioned they all came in the (exact) same kind of packaging !!!.....
Are they the same company?,,, are they using the same 3rd party shipper/wholesaler perhaps

I normally use three other grey market suppliers (you'll know who they are by simple google searching) , but these jokers (camerasdori) aren't worth the hassle....

The website is excellent and their pricing unbeatable.

My new lens arrived in a timely manner, beautifully wrapped and delivered.

I cannot fault them and they will now be my main source of supplier for my camera needs. Highly recommended.

After a bit of confusion a very good service was given and would willingly use again

I’m very happy with my purchase from CamerasDori. I was fully aware that this is a grey-import retailer and that the item would be shipped from Hong Kong — yet the delivery was surprisingly fast. I placed the order on Sunday and received the camera on Friday, which is excellent.

The Panasonic GH7 arrived brand new, factory sealed, in perfect condition and works flawlessly. The price was also significantly better than UK retailers — I saved around £1000, which is a huge plus.

Overall, a trustworthy store for customers who understand what grey import means and are comfortable ordering from overseas. Everything went smoothly for me, and I can sincerely recommend CamerasDori.

I ordered a Canon mirrorless which came from abroad reasonably quick. Hard to beat the prices if you don't care about having warranty directly from the manufacturer. In my case I did not keep the camera because I found a deal on a different kit I preferred. They were fine taking my unused camera back - I only had to pay return shipping to a UK address and then got a full refund. So decent return procedure as well.

Was skeptical, but holy shit, they are fast and affordable, really speedy service and even though it was coming from china, my order came in 4 days, thats quicker than orders in the UK, incredible speed and service

Excellent service. I was very dubious of buying from Cameras Dori, it sounded to good to be true! I emailed them with my concerns and I had a reply within a couple of days putting all my worries at ease. I placed the order and received my camera in around a week. I couldn’t more happy with my purchase.

I dont usually write reviews, however the un beatable price Camerasdori offered and the delivery of my Sony A6700 within less than 7 days despite it being a grey import and coming from overseas.... Has left me exceptionally happy with the service they have provided.

After trying to get in touch after a few days with no reply I thought I had been scammed again, And got in touch with my bank, They told me to wait for at least seven days, And the very next day I had an e mail off cameradori, Telling me it was not a scam, The very next day I had an e mail saying it had been posted with tracking, And the day after it turned up, I am so sorry for thinking I had been scammed, Of Course I e mail them to tell them it had turned up, Yes been scammed a few times before hand, Again Sorry Guys, Will Defo use you again A+ 5 Star Service. Was slightly anxious about using a 'normal' shop but at over £100 cheaper and having had a good experience with another on-line provider I took a punt. It has paid off well and I have fallen in love with my new Voightlander lens. Arrived within the 7 day target, intact and very well packaged. Would recommend the company.

This is my first time purchasing from Camerasori. A supplier who is honest and communicates well is very important to me. I ordered a Canon R1 and asked them to let me know when one would be available. They informed me they could get one to me very quickly. Two days later, they informed me there would be a delay - I was aware that there was difficulty in getting a supply. They then informed me that it may be mid-December before the stock becomes available. This was fine for me; I was glad they let me know instantly. I can work with that. However, a few days later, I got a notification that one was getting shipped to me. Within a few days, it arrived, and it's perfect. Fantastic communications, doing their best for their customers, no hassle - will order more items from them very shortly.
