Bought a gold chain and honestly was very surprised with how sturdy it was, even accidentally yanking on it a few times, it still is intact. Staff are lovely and the jewellery is gorgeous. Can’t wait to buy some more pieces.

The reason why I gave a 5* review was due to the amazing customer service which I think is so important nowadays. They are quick to respond and when I couldn’t return my necklace to exchange for a different colour due to the postage costs from the UK they offered a 50% discount code. The jewellery is really unique and beautiful. I’ve had lots of comments and I shall definitely purchase from here again.

Staff member was great. The jewellery is not. And the all the gemstones are man made. There are no natural gems at all. And anything that says white sapphire is only a cubic zirconia.

When you realise it’s not the jewellery you thought it was they force you to take store credit so your forced to get things you know your not going to be happy with. If you don’t take store credit you have to pay 10% of the purchase price plus the postage to send it back.

I was really disappointed with the jewellery from Camille and Stone. The pieces felt extremely cheap and poorly made, far from the quality I expected. They were flimsy and looked like low-cost costume jewellery rather than something worth the price. It’s also important to know that they don’t offer refunds—only store credit or exchanges—which makes it even more frustrating if you’re unhappy with what you receive. Honestly, I would recommend being very cautious before purchasing, as the quality did not justify the cost and it felt like a waste of money.

I have ordered multiple items from Camile&Stone - earrings and necklaces. They are fine jewelry, comfortable, and great quality. I wear their items 24/7 for months at a time. The customer service gals are very responsive, honor their warranty, and even sent me the “bonus” gift with purchase when I made multiple smaller purchases over time. I have recommended their products and will continue to do so!

I ordered a ring and it was so beautiful, feels like such good quality but it was too small. I contacted Camile and stone and they responded within minutes and helped me with an exchange which I processed that afternoon and the next morning my replacement was sent! They’re super helpful, descriptive in what to do which made returning my item easy I’ll definitely be buying from them again!
