Dårlig kundeservice og attitude.

Dårlig kundeservice og attitude.

Jeg har været kunde i et par år, primært hos Camilla selv. Camilla er venlig og virker professionel. En gang kom jeg til hårtoning, og aftalen var med en anden pige. Hun lagde farven i mit hår, og det begyndte at brænde som helvede. Vi var nødt til at skylle det af, så farvningen ikke blev fuldført. De bad stadig om betaling!

Til sidst, efter at have talt med Camilla via e-mail, fik jeg mine penge tilbage. Tak for det. Ud over det, og hvad der er frustrerende, er at hun bad mig om at komme til aftalen med vasket hår eller vaske det der for ekstra omkostninger. På grund af styling reagerer deres WELLA-produkt. Dog har jeg brugt dette produkt før og hos andre frisører, og det var helt fint. Dette er absurd.

Hvordan kan jeg vaske mit hår, hvis jeg kommer til en aftale efter arbejde eller møder? Og hvorfor skal jeg betale for vask, hvis det ikke står i beskrivelsen, og når man kommer til en så alvorlig service som farvning, bør frisøren sikre et positivt resultat og foreslå vask, når det er nødvendigt.

Jeg betaler skat for mit område på Frederiksberg, og denne salon har taget plads her for at arbejde primært for folk, der bor her. Hvis de vil være på Frederiksberg, bør de tage sig af deres kunder og folk, der bor her. Som borgere på Frederiksberg ønsker vi at modtage god og høflig service. Så skriv ikke hurtige vrede e-mails, men prøv at ringe eller diskutere med din klient, hvordan man løser problemet, hvordan man finder den bedste måde at håndtere mit smukke hår fremover.

At foreslå at vaske håret og være så uunderstøttende og ligeglad med mig som deres klient, kun spørge efter flere penge, er bare klodset og irriterende.

Jeg har fundet et bedre sted.

Poor client care and attitude.

I have been a client for a few years and primarily with Camilla herself. Camilla is nice and seems professional. Once I came for the same type of hair toning and the appointment was with another girl. She has placed the toner on my hair and it started burning as hell. We had to wash it off, hence the toning was not completed. They still asked me to pay!

Eventually after talking to Camilla by email, I got my money back. Thanks for that. On top of that and what is frustrating, is that she asked me to come to appointment with washed hair or wash there for extra cost. Due to styling their WELLA product reacts. However I have used this product before and at other hairdressers, it was absolutely fine. This is absurd.

How can I wash my hair if I come to an appointment after work or meetings. Also why should I pay for washing if it is not stated in the description and when you come for such serious service as toning, the hair dresser should ensure a positive result and suggest washing when needed

I pay tax for my area of Frederiksberg and this salon takes place, takes the spot here to work for people living here primarily. If they want to be in Frederiksberg, they should care for its clients and people living here. As citizens of Frederiksberg we want to receive good polite service. So don’t write fast angry emails, but try to call or discuss with your client how to solve the problem , how to find the way way of handling my beautiful hair going forward.

Suggesting to wash the hair and being so not supportive and careless about me as their client, only asking for more money, is just tacky and annoying.

I found a better place.
