At first I was a bit skeptical. I have been in the printing business for over 30 years! When it comes to service, many think they know what they’re doing. But these guys are experts! I’m totally blown away on their knowledge. They have the ability to work through any problem! Do not be afraid to give them a try! Yes, they are not US base, but they are actually better than anyone I’ve used here in US. Don’t be afraid and use these guys!! They are just plain awesome!! 👏

I'm not good with technology so Carlos very patiently guided me through the process. The reset works perfectly. I was concerned when I was asked to use anydesk for remote assistance but he clicked on the programme, Imputted the password and seconds later the reset was up and running then we concluded the conversation. 100%trustworthy seller many thanks 5stars

Software was quirky to set up and get working but the support was excellent, very responsive with quick turnaround and the product worked as advertised. Saved us a bunch of money on printer repair. Very happy customer.
