Excellent customer support!
We have booked several accommodations through Owayy for our holiday in Norway. Each very unique and beautiful. One accommodation wasn't quite what the photos showed and we contacted Owayy about this. They responded very quick, even during the evening and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. We could move into another accommodation the next day and they took care of the communication with the host. Thank you very much for this outstanding customer support!

The host was super nice and responsive during our stay and came to solve a small problem with the shower. Definitely would recommend the Owayy for everyone who wish for a different type of vacation. Absolutely fantastic support.

Far exceeding our high expectations
Great overall experience. Pictures online were beautiful, so we had high expectations. However in reality it was even better. The host was super friendly and helped us settle in, in the luxurious tent by the lake. Every interaction with Owayy from booking, confirmation and payment was problem-free and friendly.
