Poca serietà. Nel 2024 ho vinto un set di bicchieri attraverso il concorso Crodino. Il corriere me lo ha consegnato, ma uno dei bicchieri era già rotto. L'ho segnalato prontamente e le risposte sono state "sì sì, abbiamo preso in carico la tua richiesta". Sollecitato nuovamente, ma siamo nel 2026 e non è successo nulla. Ignorato completamente.
Da oltre 40 anni siamo affezionati consumatori di Campari bitter. Oggi abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa. Il liquido era molto chiaro rispetto alla norma, il colore più chiaro, consistenza diluita, il sapore molto tenue, quasi assente il retrogusto amaro e la forza del sapore. In generale mancava la caratteristica tipica del nostro amato, inconfondibile prodotto. Il numero stampato sulla chiusura di sicurezza era: 887615. Un'altra sigla : NLLK28D - 15:23.
Speriamo sia una partita sfortunata e non un cambio della ricetta originaria. Un'altra prova e, se confermate le caratteristiche, dovremo ahinoi, ripiegare su succedanei col vantaggio del prezzo più basso.
