the sales rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and when he didn't know the answer to part of my questions about the product I was interested in he put me on a short hold and found out.

In need of the part in a hurry. Was told it would arrive on a friday. 3 days from time of placing order. Shipping fees were 14.95 I believe. Extremely high, but as stated needed the part. It actually arrived the following Tuesday!!! Needless to say will not do business with you!!

The employees were very helpful and our purchase of new landing gear for our camper was shipped immediately. The only issue we had was that we didn't get a tracking number or an invoice after our purchse. But it was delivered to the address specified only one day later than first told. It was picked up and I am installing it now. Looks to be better quality than what was on the camper. Thanks

Replacement OEM parts made easy. Was easy to find needed Norcold Refrigerator replacement parts to refurbish our new to us DP Norcold refrigerator - glass shelves, Crisper and door bins.

I purchased a hot water heater that was delivered in 3 days. It arrived in good condition and was very easy to install with the paperwork that come with the water heater. Great service good price and very good product. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful representative helped me to find the item I needed despite my not having the exact item number. It was received promptly and in perfect condition. Friday May 31 order in the next 46 minutes so I did...now being told on the 30th if it did ship it will be 3-5 business days before I receive it...sorry...do your s or a favor forget this company and stick with amazon

CamperID had exactly what I needed. I found a replacement lens for a Thin-Lite fixture for my 1996 Roadtrek 190. Customer service was very helpful. I received my item within 5 days.

I have used the CamperID Site and their sister site CarID several times now and have been super impressed with the speed the product arrives and the service i have gotten when needing to actually speak to a representative. I still have more items on my list of to-do's for my trailer and will defnately come back over and over again. I will also refer anyone of my friends with a vehicle, trailer, motor home, motorcycle etc to check out the site as they offer so much.

I was not familiar with CAMPERiD, but they had the best prices for the items I was looking for (Magma cookware). Even paying shipping, my final cost was significantly less than Amazon or Walmart! My order came promptly, in perfect condition. I will not hesitate to use CAMPERiD again!

The prices are great and the customer service was excellent.

I purchased a 50A Hughes Autoformer. The transaction was easy and delivery was very fast. UPS was a bit rough with the package and pulled out a heavy staple in the bottom of the box - but that’s not CAMPERiD’s fault. I don’t think there is any damage to the Autoformer though.
