Our move was completely stress free. Right from booking and having queries with the office that were answered very promptly. The guys were early, really friendly and checking we were happy. At the other end it was the same even trying to help me turn the fridge on! They took all my rubbish that I had accumulated so far. I couldn’t recommend them more for the friendliness, efficiency and helpfulness. Very impressed.

Awful service and awful experience. The guys who came were non-communicative and rude, and made sexist comments about me within earshot. As a single woman alone this was very distressing.
They were joking around trying to get a futon bed (not dismantled) up the staircase and gouged the wall and scraped the varnish off the banister trying to do it.
When I mentioned it one of the men they said tell Jo at the office, unconcerned.
I have since complained, and although the cost of the repair to the wall and banisters has been reimbursed I have had no contact with the manager or formal apology. Really shocking service from a company I thought was highly professional and therefore worth the higher price tag. They are not - and I would never use them again. If you’re a single woman I would advise you avoid.

Removals team arrived at dead on 8am. They had then removed everything from the house and garden and loaded into the lorry in 2 hours! Once we got the keys for our new house, they arrived at the time they said they would and had them unloaded everything neatly and rebuilt furniture within 2 hours. There was no way we could have moved everything as fast or efficiently as the guys from CHR.

Had a great experience, the team or guys were professional, polite & worked non stop in 30 degree heat! They had the house all packed & loaded in 3 vans by 1pm and barely had a lunch break before driving to our new house & unloading. Would recommend & would hire again!

Booked a return of storage items. They had been stored by Camp Hopson for several years. The contents were as if only stored for a few weeks.
The team arrived within their half hour window. Very courteous & very careful moving & placing items wherever we asked. No fuss, friendly & professional.

I was hugely impressed with Camps Removals. I had read their contract wrong and expected something totally different for our removal service. I didn’t realise this until the night before Day 1 of removal. The team on the ground came through, put extra people on and together we worked outside of the box to fit in with what we had originally thought the move would be.

If I had to make any suggestion, even though this was my fault, a call from camp hopsons to check in and discuss the week before day 1 would have avoided the situation that occurred. For neurodiverse people, this would help a lot to have a conversation with someone.

We have used Camp Hopson on previous moves always very helpful from start to finish. The lads were excellent and very efficient and how quickly they complete the job
and always check we are happy before they leave. One small comment when emptying the hanging clothes boxes, please ask where to hang so my Wife's and my clothes are not all mixed up, overall excellent.

We had several removal companies quote. Camp Hopson were the only ones who gave us confidence they knew what they were doing. David took into account our needs, even moving some large valuable tree’s.
The removal team arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and happy to do what ever was required even in the pouring rain. Camps stored our property over night and the same team arrived early the next morning despite a three hour trip. Again they could not have been better, making sure our property made it to the correct room but also we were happy with its location. The friendly banter between the guys was lovely to see and hear it made the whole experience a pleasure.
The guys on left once we were fully happy and knowing they had a three hours drive back.

Extremely helpful and nice team. Plenty of transport. Packed well with care, and speedily and unloaded very efficiently and quickly.

Loved using the Camp Hopson team. Craig was the representative who arrived promptly to price up the job. Bruce and lots guys packed up fast and with due care. They were a happy, friendly crew who had lots of camaraderie and made a difficult time easier. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Highly efficient helpful and friendly team. Nothing was too much trouble. Might be more expensive than others but in our opinion well worth it.
