Pretty easy to book and communication…
Pretty easy to book and communication is great. The only thing I wld suggest in creating a more enjoyable experience wld be if we can choose which days we have full insurance cover for the camper van.

Worst experience with this hiring
Worst experience with this hiring, we hired only for one day and they charged us for additional cleaning for chemical toilet even though we emptied and cleaned everything thoroughly. They sent us fake pictures for the proof. And also Van was not in good state. NOT RECOMMENDED

I was able to find a caravan close to where I wanted to stay and organise for it to be delivered the caravan park for me. Was able to see pricing and photos of the van and select extras such as linen at a clearly stated cost

We hired a small van for 3 days
We hired a small van for 3 days, but we took it back after 8 hrs due to screeching mechanical sound from engine, the fridge drawer slide seized …so no fridge. Van was not ready for hire due to personal items, and little storage. Poorly designed van made it unsafe to drive.
Owner was MIA as soon as we were able to tell her about all of the complaints, and we were relying on a refund for all or most of the trip and camplify to honour this. Instead we waited weeks for the owner to not mediate with us or Camplify,
and so we feel that Camplify customer support needs to cover our loss on her behalf and her chase monies later.
We are contacting NSW fair trading now, as we are vulnerable for homelessness and have waited the 5 business days for the owner to respond.
We can’t be out of pocket for a negligent owner. When a refund is issued then I will change my score.

Platform filters & app need work
Communication with hirers is easy and the actual hire process is smooth. Great range of vans just need a bit of work on the search features:
A) should be able to search by keywords for bonus inclusions
B) searches should be saved if you exit the app/web page.
