Personal attention, great customer service
I ordered a lightweight sleeping pad for a trip and it turned out to be out of stock. The Campman owner was fast to respond to my email and to present options. Two days later I had an upgraded pad, just in time for my trip to the Grand Canyon. This kind of attention and personal care was something I wouldn't have found anywhere else. Thanks again!

The Big Agnes Sleeping bag arrived in 5-7 business days just like it was supposed too. Can't wait to try it out this weekend. Also, while in route, another website offered the same product for $60 less. I called customer service and they credited me $60. Needless to say I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to shop Campman.com
