Absolute SCAMMERS

Absolute SCAMMERS. Went to collect forms to register teh wife and youngest daughter. Took them home and then returned them on the 28/10/25 and a pdq card machine was banged on the counter with no explanation etc. So we were charged €25 each. No issue apart from the blatant rudeness. So we were told we had to wait at least 24 hours b4 we could book an appointment. When we tried booking one it was for 3/11/25 & no earlier was available. Yet that same day they STOLE 2 x 25e from our bank account as well. So I reversed it on 10th, when the manager they alleged would contact me never did. There response was - 'The card payment made on 28th October covered the month of October only. Our direct debit system is set up to collect payments automatically on the first of each month, so the payments taken today reflect the subscription for November for both your wife and your daughter'. I explained it was immoral & again told a manager would contact me, and to date (19/12) still never has. Also told us, 'If a patient decides to join during an ongoing month, they are always informed that the payment will only cover the remainder of that month'. We were NEVER told this and given that most of its clients would be English speakers you are made to sign a contract in Spanish, which yes it is Spain, but how about supplying one in a patients' native tongue, takes less than 2 seconds to get the template translated online! Yes there will be patients that sing their praises, but it is totally immoral and actually amounts to fraud as well, because Spain MUST give a 14 day 'pre-notification' for any new DD's. So they UNLAWFULLY STOLE money from our account as ZERO notice was given. So folks be aware of these FRAUDSTERS and they have done ZERO to try to correct matters or even get a manager to actually contact us, maybe the manager is in urgent need of a doctor themselves and no-one has realised? Just highlights their attitude to the very people that use them and pay them. Just treated as cash cows perhaps?
