The lowest of the low customer service

The lowest of the low customer service and a complete lack of respect and leadership. Read on to see how Camp Patrol treats a woman dying of stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer.

On Dec. 16, 2023, Camp Patrol stated we needed a new Well Pump and Pressure Water Tank before they turned our water back on in the Spring of 2024. They gave no reason but placed the burden on me to ask why. After I asked why, Camp Patrol stated that the bladder is gone in the tank and the pump has a small leak. "328" THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY EIGHT days later (Nov. 12, 2024), the water pressure tank bladder and the well pump are working perfectly fine!!
In addition, on May 8, 2024, Camp Patrol took it upon themselves to meet with a well company--"without my approval" and "without any stated requirement" from me. Now, recognizing those pure facts, Camp Patrol sent me a cost estimate for $6,230! And then with deceit, this service provider had the nerve to charge me $175.00 to meet with their well company. Wow, such a nice way to gain revenue!

Next, on June 19, 2024, I told Camp Patrol I DID “NOT” WANT TO INSTALL A NEW WELL PUMP. I did state that the water holding tank is small and over time, it may cause more frequent pump cycling. Thus, I asked Camp Patrol to gain a cost estimate for installing a larger water holding tank "only". (This was the one and only time I asked camp Patrol to gain an estimate regarding anything to do with water tanks.) Eight days later, Camp Patrol sends an email stating they will get an estimate together and send it to me after July 4, 2024. "138" ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY EIGHT DAYS later, Camp Patrol still has not sent me the estimate for installing the larger water holding tank-which they "committed" to sending!

And their total "disrespect" for my Family continued..........

On Oct. 2, 2024, I sent a “requirement” to Camp Patrol and asked them to drain the water from the plumbing within our Carriage House by mid October. “Seven” days later, (Oct. 9th) I finally heard from Camp Patrol—where they stated that they “added us to their schedule.”   How did their response address “my requirement”?

On Oct 15, 2024, I received an asinine email from Camp Patrol stating their plumber is scheduled to drain our Carriage House on “Thursday”.  What did that mean? 10:00 AM?; 12:00 noon?; 3:00 PM?  Did Camp Patrol expect my Family to sit around waiting all day?

Why didn't Camp Patrol provide a "PROFESSIONAL COURTESY" by providing a service window to us? Why didn’t Camp Patrol display one ounce of leadership and call me on my cell phone when their plumber was on his way to our home? What happens if I was in the Shower and I did not hear a knock on my door? After all, I had no way to manage "EXPECTATIONS" because of Camp Patrol's abysmal and total disregard for "their CUSTOMER". In addition, their plumber could have also called me. And why didn't their plumber start bringing his equipment into our Carriage House? After all, Camp Patrol named the date without giving a service window time frame and without any email or telephone call 24 hours before hand to "CONFIRM" the appointment!

In addition, there was absolutely “no need” for Camp Patrol's plumber to enter our main home.

Camp Patrol completely failed in providing constant "Communications”, "Keeping their "WORD"", providing a "Professional Courtesy" providing "Leadership", and maintaining "Transparency" and "Honesty" with their "CUSTOMER".

This is how Camp Patrol has treated a woman dying of stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer. How do you think they will treat you and your Family?
