I placed an order on the website beginning of May. They told me the delivery would be beginning of July and asked if I want to cancel. I said it is OK to wait, I only needed the product in the second part of July. They took the money (almost 3000 euro) from my card the next day. A couple of days ago I asked about the status of the order. They reply saying they cannot deliver by mid July and canceled the order. Then they tell me the product is again available. I check the website and delivery is possible in 4-7 working days, but I have to place a new order. The product is also 10% more expensive now, of course. And the money is still not back on my creditcard... I would have to be really very stupid to order anything from campsuff.de again.
