Absolutely disgraceful. Do not go anywhere near this company.

They will deliberately mark your work as “incorrect” the moment you’re close to finishing the course — conveniently ensuring they can squeeze another £60 out of you the following month. It’s not incompetence, it’s strategy. The closer you get to completion, the more nitpicky, awkward, and obstructive they suddenly become with their marking.

And don’t expect timely feedback either. They take forever to respond, and when they finally do, it’s vague, unhelpful, and clearly designed to drag the process out. It feels completely intentional — stall you, frustrate you, and keep the monthly payments rolling in.

This isn’t education. It’s a money trap.

Avoid at all costs.

There was a problem with my course being misleading and the manager was incredibly rude about it. When I explained my situation she would respond ignoring my experience and started blaming me for not sorting out a refund before the 14 days refund policy. Literally no apology, just "You were supposed to sort it out".

They just want your money, watch out for this company.

The course itself lacks a lot of detail and you have to do your own google research a lot of the times.
