I ordered seven matching hip flasks as a thank you gift for the coaches of our local junior team. Unfortunately on delivery one was incorrect however I emailed the company late on the Thursday evening explaining they were to be presented on the Saturday evening - an immediate response was received with the remaining flask arriving in time. Extremely impressed with the customer service and the coaches were over the moon with their gifts. Will Definately use Campus Gifts again - they were also cheaper than other sites for the same product.

I opted for the next working day delivery. I placed my order on the Sunday and it was dispatched early Monday morning, so I got it on the Tuesday, as expected. I was really pleased, the purses were well packaged. I'd definitely use Campus Gifts again.

My order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one item was incorrect and one was damaged, I e-mailed them and they sent out replacements in super fast speed and a returns label for me. Fantastic customer service.

Wanted to purchase something sentimental for a group of girls as we were all being made redundant together. Found the website on the internet and chose the same Edward Monkton mug for everyone. Great service and prompt delivery. The mugs were all packaged individually and then had further packaging in the box. I was very impressed with the level of service throughout.
