If I could give a 0 I would

If I could give a 0 I would. Do not buy from them. If you need to return for any reason they will not allow it. They are scammers. They said the shoes are orthopedic. I think they came from the dollar store. The bottom are slick and it's like walking on plastic blocks. False advertising and would not refund. Offered 10% refund.

Incompetent, rude, and not living up to promises on website

I received the wrong size and asked to exchange it for the correct size. The site promises 30-day exchange/refund. I got excuses of why they couldn't exchange it, about overseas shipping costs, etc. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and the company refunded my money. I got a sugary apology. I had place another order before I realized what I was dealing with, and when it arrived to my locale, I got messages saying they couldn't deliver the package because of an incorrect address. Once again, blaming the customer and threatening to return and destroy the product if they couldn't deliver it, without refunding my money. Eventually, the item was delivered. They are dishonest, nasty, and incompetent, in my opinion. I regret ordering anything from this company. Dealing with them was very unpleasant.

Campxplorer shoe ads show up daily on…

Campxplorer shoe ads show up daily on media online sites like Newsbreak. The styles are very appealing. I waited about 3 weeks after paying additional for freight insurance & shipping. Once received, the shoes were hardly similar & very low quality. The company then wanted me to pay shipping in return & claimed there were no defects & it fell outside their return policy.

Neither the shoes nor the company were supportive!

The shoes felt like they were made out of cardboard; they didn’t have the heft of a shoe at all! The company does not accept returns, which I should have checked before buying. The most they would give me was a 15% refund. They were supposed to be orthotically supportive shoes, but I don’t think those featherweight shoes could support anything.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the quilted laundry baskets. I received canvas bags. Their website states if your order is not correct, the customer is not required to pay the return shipping fee. They DO NOT HONOR their own policy. They want to give me 30% of my money back only after I pay the shipping to send the product back.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Deceptive & misleading representations of the products in their ads

This company is currently running ads on social media & Newsbreak app daily. First issue: They adverise a variety of quilted laundry baskets with applique designs, (with photos & detailed descriptions included, descriping the quality of the cotton material). I orderd 1 item. When my item arrived it was a completely different product. The basket was not QUILTED in any way, the material was a cheap canvas, not cotton, and the designs were screen printed onto the canvas NOT appliqued, as described/pictured in their ad. Their ad is deceptive & misleading. I notified them I was returning the product for a full refund within their designated 30 day refund policy & clearly stated my reasons for the return. I received an email stating they required pictures of the product I received in order to "confirm the problem”. Ehich I sent immediately to them.
Second issue: Three days later, I receidved an email, stating they found no quality or damage issuuesand if I were to return the product I would need to bear the return shipping costs of $20 USD& it may take a month to arrive. They suggested to save me time & money , I keep the item & donate it. In addition , they would offer me a 15% discount coupon for my next purchase. In other words, forfeit my purchase price & keep the defective item, and buy something else from them in the future. The website Return Policy does not mention any of this. In fact, it guarantees “If the goods received are not correct, the consuner is NOT required to pay the shipping fee”. I regected this offer. They now have come back stating, they will offer me 15% refund & I can keep the product I don’t want!
This has been an infuriating & exhausting episode over an item that was clearly falsely represented & is continuing to be falsely advertised to millions of people daily.
Throughout this entire episode, they suspiciously refused to supply a customer service phone contact number or return address. I am covinced their ploy is to wear customers down into submission & reap whatever benefits they can receive.

I ordered a clothes hamper for my 11 yr…

I ordered a clothes hamper for my 11 yr old granddaughter. The description said, 'quilted', and looked well made. The product we received was very flimsy, and cheaply made. It looked like a Temu product, only 3 times as expensive. Sure enough.... I checked Temu and the exact same hamper was $10 or so. It took so long to receive (from China) I thought we would not receive the product. I have EMAILED CAMPXPLORER TWICE and asked for a 'refund' or at least 'price adjustment.' The pictures of the hamper are very MISLEADING> I will never order from them again, and do not recommend the company. I have yet to receive a reply from my TWO emails.
