Had an issue with my new CPAP machine, less than 8 months old, this seller claims to only offer a 30 day warranty, the remainder to be covered by the manufacturer. Called ResMed, the manufacturer, they said the warranty is covered by the seller. Catch 22 and no solution to my problem. Thumbs down to both of them.
Have ordered several times in the past without any issues, however need to return aa few items from our latest order. That mean requesting a return approval. They simply refuse to respond despite multiple e-mail requests. Phone them and no one answers, rolls to voice mail but voice mail is full. Feels very much like we have been scammed. Will never trust or order from this company again.
