I was impressed how easy it was to order online.
But would of liked to wait till I get my order before having to post a review.

Perhaps not a fair rating but in the end had to wait almost 2 weeks for the package to arrive. Way too long and other vape stores get my product much quicker

I like your product but i haven’t received it yet...!!! Ordored since May 27...☹️🥺. We are June 10...!,,,

Since the confinement started, I’ve ordered twice from Canada Juice and both times the packages arrived in a timely manner and well packaged.
Even though our vape stores have opened, I will continue ordering from them.

Your customer service is great, fast shipping.
However, I feel like I’m on some car aficionado‘s site trying to find mint rims for some rebuild not buy a vape to quit smoking. Salt vs whatever else. The website confusing and limiting.
You should have a beginner guide for those of us that just want to quit smoking. Not over complicate the descriptions.

I have been using the Canada e-juices for quite some time. I have tried many brands over the last 6 yrs and I find the flavors of the Canada e-juices are far superior to any other brands...a little pricier but definitely worth it.

Excellent service and product in these sh%*ty times.

Canada Post is ruining the experience. But the service we receive from Canada E juice is always great.

Spent 70 dollars on juice, never got contacted that it came in, decided to check today and saw that it was returned to sender. I'm sure they're fine normally but they clearly make mistakes sometimes

The products ordered were great. Good quality and pretty good prices.
However, the shipping? Horrible! The package was to be received within 3 days. Yet, it didn't get to me for 2 weeks. Not because of Canada Post backlog, but because there was a problem with how and where the package was sent out.
Not sure if this is usually how things w with this company but I was not impressed.

The peppermint that I ordered was shipped quickly considering current postal conditions. The flavour is not really a peppermint - it is more of a mild menthol or a light spearmint. There is very little sweetness that one would expect from a “peppermint” flavour. I will be mixing it with some previous “candy cane” that I purchased a few months ago in the U.S. to help make it more palatable. The product is nice and clear and attractively packaged.

I found the price quite a bit higher than previous orders I received from another Canadian supplier (who is currently closed because of the business atmosphere created by the COVID regulations).

Service was good however both of the flavours I ordered tasted nothing like the flavour profile listed online, first time buying here, might be the last.

I have placed an order March 24th and I still haven’t received it!!! Not happy at all!!!

I ordered on Sunday and had rec’d on Friday. I blame Canada Post however that’s al long time to be without juice.
