Sorry for any confusion, as per the website we don't send anything out for the tests. All you need to do is follow the instructions as per the website and confirmation email but completing the submission form and sending that along with your hair sample into ourselves to test.

Only buts is I am allergic to gluten yet not showing off. I know I haven't ate for a while and difficult to detect that way.

i learned things that i had no idea about. for years i have avoided anything to do with dandelions. the test showed i have No intolerance to them. i also learned a few other food and non food things that i am sensitive to , in varying degrees

Not accurate! Waste of Money
I found that this testing was not very accurate. As someone who has been lactose intolerant for years seeing that there was no intolerance to dairy was shocking. As well it noted that I was highly intolerant to oat and I have been drinking oat milk for years in lieu of dairy! As well it noted I had high intolerance to onions which is also incorrect! Definitely do not recommend this testing!

Update: I have sent out new samples on the 20th of January. / I am from Canada and i sent out the hair samples to Ontario as requested close to one month ago, paying extra to get my results quickly and they apparently (three days ago or so) didn't get my sample with no solution to offer. I asked that they check for a slightly larger brown envelope and got no answer. Could someone contact me once more with some kind of a solution.
