No use talking to their customer service
Hi, Got no where with them yet, they still keep telling me to send the coat. I sent it once, if you wanted to fix you would. Horrible customer service.
Hi, bought 3 coats last Christmas. One of the coats had an issue which needed to be fixed. So I sent it to them to fix. Back and forth with them, time wasted caused me to miss wearing my coat for last winter (got it back when the weather was not permitting to wear). I opened the package I received from Canada goose this year. The coat looks so wrinkled and old now. Back and forth with the CS, they ask me to sent it back to review again. Are you kidding me, paid so much money, and not being able to wear the coat for 2 years? No no I want an exchange, to be able to wear my coat for this Christmas at least. Am I asking for too much? No of course not. So do not buy such an expensive cloths with such poor Customer service.
