Returning an item is a nightmare
I received an order which had clearly been opened prior to me opening it. It was missing the toolkit parts and instructions, plus the seal on the bag that the battery came in was already broken and resealed. Attempting to return it has been a real hassle. Back and forth, back and forth. First they offered me a 5$ refund, then 50%, then asked me to hang onto it until they got their warehouse in order. It has felt like dealing with a overseas provider. I'm surprised they didn't ask me to check with my neighbors to see if they wanted to buy it. Regardless of the price I would never order from them again.

I was really impressed-tools included!
I was really impressed that Canada Laptop Battery included the tools I needed to open my laptop and undo the screws inside as well. The battery would've been useless to me had I not had the correct tools to open my specific laptop and get the damaged battery out.

The battery for my chromebook does not…
The battery for my chromebook does not work correctly. It charges, but will not turn on with the battery installed. I contacted customer services via the supplied email (there is no other way to get in contact) and have responded with the information they asked for. The email is AI generated, and when I reply i get a similar email asking for the same information. This is so frustrating and I would like a refund! I cannot beleive they run a company this way.

Good service and quality battery
The battery is well made and fits perfectly. The shipping was quick and well padded for protection. Thanks! The downside is my HP laptop doesn't recognize the battery. There are two models of battery for this unit. I don't have the old battery so could not confirm which battery to get. Based on other data I thought the 11.1 volt battery was right. I will have to try the 14.8 volt one.
