So far, I have good experience with this company. I received what I ordered. No surprise fees. Delivery was smooth. Ordered Tuesday, received Thursday. Now let me use it and I'll be back to comment on quality . Fingers crossed, because I have my eye on another bag I would love to buy, but due to it being a higher priced item, I'm going to wait.
As for customer service, I can not comment, as I have no need to. Other negative reviews were about out of stock items, I would say, if you don't get it in two days, touch base when them.

I have a trip in a week and i order online . The Online store shows item in stock, and will be delivered in 1 day with my purchase of express shipping. No problem paid and a few days later in starti g to panic because i need to start packing. I email them asked about my order and they say its out of stock but we can send you something else in a week. So disappointed.

Ordered a suitcase on Wednesday, and was surprised to receive it on a Thursday. Ordered was confirmed by email, and I was notified it shipped shortly after through Fedex. Great price for a very nice brand that is not easy to find elsewhere. Would definitely order from them again.

Horrible return policy. Even defected product requires the purchaser to pay for exchange shipping cost. I would not deal with this supplier under any circumstances.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Canada Luggage Depot! My order was shipped same day after I emailed explaining I needed it for a class reunion in two weeks. Communication with this company has been 5 stars all the way.. and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your (fantastic priced) luggage needs!

Avoid - too incompetent to run an online store.
I ordered a suitcase as a Christmas present for my son. 10 days (!) after my order I have received an email that the suitcase is out of stock. When I purchased the suitcase it was clearly labeled as "in stock" on the Canada Luggage Depot website.
So now I have had to order the suitcase somewhere else and won't have the present for Christmas.
This is how you lose customers to amazon.
