Purchased a Goldnote PH-10 and PSU-10 from Carl for a great price with fast, free shipping via Puralator.
Ordered a Jasmine Audio JS-TA224 9" carbon fiber tonearm and a Jelco JAC 101 Phono Cable from the online store. Received the tonearm minus the protractor and standard cable that was suppose to be included, and the Jelco cable was the 102 model with the right angle connector which I can't use. Called their 800 number and was told the cable I ordered was not in stock, and they would send me a connector which hopefully I could solder on. As for the missing cable and protractor, I was told that Jasmine apparently was shipping some of their units without these accessories. I had also asked for two more phone preamps but never received confirmation that they can be ordered. Ended up buying two correct phono cables from a China supplier, which arrived in less than a week. Got two more preamps from a shop in Montreal with fast delivery. Overall disappointed with the customer service.
