POSTAGE IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF!!
I ordered 2 coats from their website as they advertised that postage was free if you spent over €120. When I got to the payment page it had calculated the postage at €37. I continued thinking I would get a chance to reject the postage payment but without warning the payment went through. I contacted their customer service who sounded as if they didn't give a damn. They said that because the UK is out of the EU we have to pay the postage. They say its clearly marked on their website but I still can't find it anywhere. I emailed them again and they basically just sent me the same stock reply. Don't shop with this company if you live in the UK, Im sure their advertising of free postage is to catch you out. They are our neighbours in France. I have been ordering coffee from France for the last 10 years and even after Brexit they still provide free postage for orders over a certain amount.
