Frustrating!!!!
The website claims that they usually ship the order within 24 hours. A week went by and I did not receive and shipping tracking information. I emailed them and they quickly responded that they are waiting for their inventory to arrive. They apologized and offered free express shipping and a free gift. The next day I received tracking information that the tracking label is printed and waiting to be picked up. After another week, my package still had not been entered into the postal service. I emailed them again, asking if maybe I got a wrong shipping label. They responded just saying that their postal rep had not been there to pick up in over a week. I was offered the same as before.
I then requested my money back. Which took another day to get.
Extremely frustrating!!!! I don't know why they sold me something they did not even have.
