Our experience with CanaDream was simply wonderful. 🌟
From the very first moment, the staff treated us with such kindness and made everything even more special. The motorhome was spotless, comfortable, and ready for an unforgettable adventure through the Canadian Rockies. 🏔️
Everything was clearly explained, and they even had the kind gesture of letting us leave our luggage while we went shopping.
Every detail exceeded our expectations. Thank you, CanaDream, for being part of a journey that will stay in our hearts forever. 🤍🚐❄️

Good RV, good service, reasonable and fair pricing!

The camper holiday was great, the camper perfect! No problems at all.

Nice RV, nice experience picking it up and dropping it off, no significant issues on the road so all happy!

Few minor issues would be 1) leaky aircon unit (luckily we only had one day of rain or snow) and 2) what I would regard as a confusing and sketchy winterisation policy, which appears to place the blame on the customer when freezing damages the RV, even when CanaDream have not winterised the RV.

However, these issues were either minor or did not impact us, so I see no reason to detract from five stars. Overall a good time, and would hire from them again!

It was our second time renting with Canadream. Loved it! Clean, fabulous RV!

The caravan was very well equipped. However, one should book the caravan sites in good time.

Family of 3 traveled from Delta, BC to Calgary, AB with the Canadream RV.
It was an expereience that I would highly recommend to those who has never traveled with the RV.
Me and my family would like to come back to Canada and travel again in different provice with the RV.
The RV rent price was reasonable and everything was so easy and simple to operate.

From reservation, to pick up, to driving, to drop off - everything went incredibly!

Very friendly service, Easy to find, Helpful guidance int he use of the RV. Easy to drop off. The RV was in wonderful condition and drove very smoothly.

I did not like how the saver 2 program worked. There was no option for a alternative vehicle for a senior with mobility issues. I was put into the position of having to pay an extra $500.00 for a much larger unit that we didn't want that had many operating issues as well and cost a lot more in gas. I was not impressed.

Canadream was a delight. They offered the best prices compared to several other companies. The RV was modern, clean, and really made our trip amazing. The lady who showed us the RV upon arrival made sure we felt comfortable with the operation of everything. The original booking is a bit confusing with all of the different add ones and options, but otherwise, perfect experience!

We had a wonderful time travelling with Canadream. Everything worked perfectly, and we had no major issues with the RV. The pick-up and drop-off service was fast and pleasant.

Excellent customer service. I gave a 4 star rating as the side door was damaged and difficult to close, as well it didn't seal while driving and sounded like it was going to fly open. Everything else was great and the bed was very comfortable.

We can't use the heating, I've already reported it to the store clerk, But they said we had to write our own appeal. This is all crazy.

This was our first time renting an RV, and we were very happy with our 8-day trip between Calgary and Edmonton. The support team was kind and helpful, and even when unexpected things came up, they handled everything well and made sure we were okay.

The motorhome was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family adventure.

A few small suggestions for improvement:
- A blackout curtain on the side door would help a lot, the light coming through that window can make it hard to rest.
- The curtain dividing the cab from the living area could be thicker to improve privacy, and it would be great if it had a built-in track or cord system to open and close it more easily.
- A clearer explanation about tire pressure changes when picking up the RV would be helpful.
- Also, I refilled the propane tank before returning, but only then found out it wasn’t necessary, a quick note about that could save time for guests.

Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely rent with CanaDream again!

The service was excellent and we had everything we expected.

1. The camper van orientation was clear and friendly.
2. The van was clean, well-prepared, and performed perfectly.
3. Everything went smoothly throughout our trip.
