The RV was fully equipt. The TC was tall, so driving on small roads was easy.
The staff have been always friendly, the online support too.
The frigde was not check well, a disconnected cable/sensor coursed frozen veggies... and had to be fixed with help of the online support.

Just that wait times may be high during pickup or drop off.

Car was very good conditions and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For me was a bit stress use a add bed - The fold-out section of the vehicle has no limitations. One had to be careful when folding and unfolding it to avoid damaging the decorative trim located inside near the bed.It would be useful to have an additional electric pump included to inflate the tires if necessary. The kit included a spare wheel but no jack; having one would be helpful in the event of a flat tire in an area with no mobile coverage.

Appreciate how stream lined the process was in picking up the RV. It went very smooth and everything was ready to start our adventure. Everyone was very helpful. Pillows could use an upgrade.

A well organised company and would absolutely recommend them.

The RV was perfect until day 2.
Then the diaphram of the propane gaz broke
No more heating, no more cooking, no more hot water, no shower.
I had to change camp site from Courtenay BC to Banff to have electricity
I had to buy a Small portable Electric oven to cook
I had to drive around 350 km to other camp site and lost a day for travelling to find other camp site.
I called the help Line but no Tech were available until I have the RV back

3 years ago I rented an RV and it was perfect but this year it was a deception

We had a Wonderfull time in our RV. It was relaxed and easy to take it over and we felt welcomed and fully supported by the staff, handing over the RV in the beginning and taking it back again in the end.

The whole rental process was very smooth and uncomplicated. The staff were great and made it all easy.

The mobilehome was in an excellent shape and had a very good equiment. Everything was there what was needed during the journey.
The service by CANADREAM was excellent. Short waiting time when picking up and drop of the mobilehome. Friendly personell. Very good explenation and introduction of all functions.

The bed was not comfortable and the window to return are RV was to short. Because of that, we lost one night at our camping and had to reserve a night at the hotel to be able to catch our early flight.

Everything was Perfect excepted the timing for the Check in and Check out whose too short

The RV was clean

We found it very difficult to enter and exit the RV. We also found the bed difficult to get in and out off. Once we got into bed, we found it comfortable.

We felt we should have been given a bit of refund on our mileage since we had to change our plans due to the wildfires in BC. Instead of traveling approximately 4,600 km we went about 1,00 km.
We found the RV was comfortable to ride in.

The communication was quick and very efficient , via email .In person the personnel was very helpful , courteous and knowlageble . Ludivine even address us in french 👍

Second time renting with Canadream and second time that we are extremely happy. From the car to the service, everything is fantastic. Especially I would like to highlight the customer service.

This time we had a small defect in the car that had to be repaired while we were on the go. The customer service was always super helpful in trying to find where we could repair it, everything via email while we were driving, which facilitated this process (which otherwise would have been very complicated without constant mobile network).

Thanks a lot to all the Canadream service for your constant support and prompt response every time we rent with you.

It was great! but the water pump was not working 100% (keep leaking 🥹)

As a first time RV user I was excited but nervous to take on this trip with my family. Canadream has everything geared around people in my like, good resources and RV setup making it as straightforward as possible.

Precise at every stage. The experience with Canadream was excellent from the moment of booking, as it was handled by a representative (the online booking form itself didn't seem flawless). I don't understand the policy of excluding linens and cookware from the rental price, especially since people don't typically travel with their own plates and bedsheets. The staff were friendly and punctual. The camper was clean, in good condition, and showed no significant signs of wear. I encountered a minor issue with the electrical outlets; had I contacted them via email, they would have explained how to fix it. Unfortunately, they lack documentation and instructional videos in Italian. Nowadays, with AI, it would be easy to create versions of these videos in other languages.

Precisi in ogni passaggio. L'esperienza con Canadream è stata ottima sin dalla prenotazione perchè gestita attraverso operatore. (Il form di prenotazione non mi ha dato impressione di essere impeccabile). La politica che biancheria e pentole non siano incluse nel costo del noleggio non la comprendo anche perchè non penso che le persone viaggino con piatti e lenzuola a seguito. Il personale è stato cordiale e puntuale. Il camper era in buone condizioni e pulito e non presentava particolari segni di usura. Ho avuto un problemino con le prese elettriche che però se avessi interloquito con loro attraverso email mi avrebbero istruito come risolverlo. Purtroppo non hanno dcumentazione e video dimostrativi in italiano. Oggi con la Ai basterebbe poco a fare delle versioni dei video in altre lingue.
