CanaDream RV - Calgary Reviews 

The handover and return of the motorhome were very straightforward, and the motorhome was in very good condition.

Our experience dealing with Canadream was excellent. From our first contact with a Canadream agent, and throughout the 9 months until we picked up the motorhome in Calgary on August 4/26, all our dealings were handled by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The motorhome was everything we hoped it would be, and it was a pleasure to drive.
However, the unit that we rented requires the following attention:
- a new mattress
- the coach entrance door sticks and someone may get locked out if the cab doors are locked
- replace the Nespresso coffee machine to Keurig as it is more commonly used. The Calgary office couldn’t supply us with the pods we had ordered.

Had a great time process was easy and staff was helpful. I needed a change to the linen package I rented and they imediately fixed it.

Everything was well organized, before and during the vacation.
We got help quickly during the vacation because of a flat tire.
Easy topick up and deliver the van back - just remeber to plan how to get there with luggage for pick up and how to get to next stop after delivery.

Great and fast check in and drop off. The RV was in good condicions

Good service. We got the maxi travel camper and it was very nice, really comfortable and decent to drive. The staff at CanaDream were good also.

The company was great from start to finish. They helped get us on the road quicker with out any issues. The service was wonderful in Calgary!

This was our second relocation RV and we look forward to doing more of them in the future!

The booking experience was great, really good Black Friday deals that meant the extras were more than worth it. Pick up took a little more time than we had hoped, but the seating area at Calgary was fine to wait in and staff were very helpful. The cleaning chemicals used in preparing the RV triggered an allergic reaction in one of the party, but it cleared up by keeping the windows open for the first day. All extras paid for were provided.

The RV was great, we booked a specific model to get what we wanted, as opposed to the super 6 offer and we were glad we did. It had lots of space, was in good condition and we had no issues with any aspect of it.

Drop off again took a little while longer than hoped, especially having booked the drop and go service but it was a busy time of year.

Only dropping a star due to wait times and that it wasn't clear that some drop off slots would be booked out if we didn't check in early, meaning we needed to pay extra for a later slot even though it hadn't been our intention to do so and then still ended up waiting for drop off.

We found the check in and drop off easy with the staff very helpful.
When we notified you of problems with the motorhome you got back to us quickly. We know it is a very busy period we were hiring in but some of the problems should have been picked up but all in all it was a great experience.

Generally it was fine. Should improve cleanliness of linen and other accessories as well as units to be properly inspected prior to handover to customer for checking presence of any rodents etc. Better support to be extended while on the trip as well.

7+ day rental of a DCV (Delux Camper Van) from the Calgary location. Process from reservation to pick-up to return was nearly flawless. Very happy with the vehicle, from its condition to the items included in the packages we chose (linens, kitchen, return bundle, etc). We stayed exclusively in the National Park campgrounds, and only one site had an electric hookup (no water or sewer): this was never a problem, plenty of battery power & propane - we never used the water heater and hardly used the generator. The freezer was a nice surprise: ice cream on the go!

We had a wonderful experience, from end to end! As a first time RV renter, CanaDream RV made this adventure a simple and exciting experience. The customer service, onboarding and walkthrough session quickly set us on the road. During our trip, the tutorials and supplemental information answered any question we had. The return took a little longer than anticipated but at the time, there were a number of customers picking up and returning vehicles so, it was understandable. Overall, we would certainly rent from CanaDream RV again and recommend others to do so as well ! Thank you Calgary team for a wonderful experience!

Rv was great, service was kind and people were great.

Good organization and campers in excellent condition. However, the introduction to the camper could have been more comprehensive, as not all the information was fully explained.

There is also an additional surcharge if you cross the Northern Area border. In our case, CAD 724.50 was charged to our credit card all at once. This is a substantial amount, and we would have appreciated clearer information about this surcharge in advance.

The pick and drop off service was excellent with everything being explained clearly.
All of the pre-booked items were prepared and ready on the day.
There were only a couple of very minor maintenance issues with the RV during the trip but did not spoil the fantastic overall experience.
The Calgary location is ideal for accessing the Rocky mountains without having to find your way through the city.
I would certainly recommend CanaDream if you are considering renting an RV.

I can recommend Canadream for renting a motorhome. Check in and drop off were smooth and quickly. The RV (MHC) was almost new and very easy to drive.
