Absolutely smooth process. Always available, very friendly and helpful support. Pickup was quick and return after 6 weeks took only 10 minutes. Deposit was back in our account within 2 days, even though we paid by debit card. Unfortunately, the TV (which we didn't need anyway :-)) broke out of its mount during the trip. More attention should be paid to the design and condition of the mount during delivery/handover. But even this was handled flawlessly by the exemplary hotline.

While Canadream is good at taking reservation and payment they fail miserably at holding a reservation. I booked and paid in full many months in advance only to be informed at pickup that I was not being provided the vehicle I had requested and paid for. The unit we received had a deficient water heater that only functioned burning propane and did not function on shore power. They told me the factory installed awning on this unit had been disabled to preserve resale value of this unit. As an experienced RV'er I don't understand why I am penalized because some may damage the awning. The truck cab portion of this unit was also lacking any modern accessories such as USB charging, bluetooth connectivity or any navigational aids that one may expect in a modern vehicle. It is like they went to extra effort to not include any creature comforts other than an am/fm radio. I didn't know they still made vehicles so primative. To compensate me for getting a vehicle larger than requested Canadream offered me a $150 credit and no more. My experience with Canadream was a disappointment.
