17 days later still no shoes and all I get when I emailed is they have been shipped

Bought 2 items from this seller.
Both were listed as wide fit, one item the boots were but the sneakers were not wide fit.

Contacted the seller who arranged to send the correct wide fit sneakers.

There was no issues at all and this company have been very easy deal with.

Their customer service goes above and beyond, I will definitely be buying from them again.

For some reason Trust Pilot removed my previous review, which only echoed all the other reviews below. Shipping took ages and the product that arrived was absolute junk. No communication from the company. And the returns policy, if they ever acknowledge my emails, will cost me nearly as much to return. Do not buy from these people.

SCAM SITE. paid £40 for a pair of shoes for my mum - 4 weeks later this absolute pile of junk arrived - no box, nothing like what I ordered - no reply from Canalsteps to discuss a refund - THIS IS A SCAM SITE - shoes sent are so bad and cheap only fit for bin - Shoes sent would be worth £5-£8 max but only if you were buying them for a cheap day down at the beach and didnt want to ruin a good pair. Absolute junk and totally fleeced - PRODUCT CAME FROM CHINA so do not be scammed thinking they are based in USA like the site claims - THESE SITES NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN or platforms supporting then (Facebook etc) need to be made responsible for who they allow to advertise - THIS IS A CHINESE SCAM SITE - DO NOT BUY FROM CANALSTEPS

If I could put - 100, I would. Late arrival for Christmas present, wrong size boot, had to return at own cost extortionate £35 as other side of America. Took 3 months to sort boot return and still getting no response re the return cost which they said they would honour. Excuses range from delayed shipment, email down,latest Chinese New Year. Now email not being recognised and bouncing back. Cheats and liars taking from a 73 year old pensioner. Scum

I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from canalsteps.com. I placed an order for shoes and never received the item. I’ve contacted the company several times through the channels they provide, but I’ve had no reply at all, and no refund has been issued.
The lack of communication and failure to deliver the product has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this site.

Disgusting service. Two orders. Both UK size 8 mens. Both orders came UK size 10

We have tried and tried to get answer to emails for prepaid labels to return them. We want to be Refunded

We can't sell them on or know anyone who would wear them

Can't get any answers and it's a SCAM! ADMIN OFFICE In this country only

I never received my order.
It has been 2 months now.

No shoes and no refund !
Customer service are a total scam.

After an exchange of e-mails, Canalsteps promised to re-deliver my order. That was a few weeks ago. Nothing! No updates, no delivery. Now, I am trying to get my money back. If someone knows where I can get help in pursuing these scammers, please let me know.

I ordered my item on the 24th of November. I am still waiting for my parcel it says you can track the parcel on the website. However,it does not update. When I contact them they say it has been dispatched but they cannot trace with the courier. I am getting no where nearer to finding out where my parcel is. They said I can only have a refund if the courier reports the item as lost. No communication regarding the whereabouts of my parcel. It is now 14 days after order and I have had a notification that they are in China. So god knows when they are going to get here. Do not use this company if you want updates and a speedy delivery. UPDATE. I received my trainers they where so cheaply made its almost funny. They had different writing on the front to the image. They are supposed to be running shoes but they where completely solid. Ive have asked for a refund and havent received any correspondence about the process to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. absolute rip off!!!
