I placed an order with Cananti in January 2021 not knowing how long it would take until after the order was placed they stated 15 business days to ship. I got notified in 45 days it shipped. What they don’t say is they will take the order place it with a Chinese company.
Well it is 7 months later and I still do not have a pullover i ordered. They give you all kind of tracking numbers and USPS states the tracking number does not exist. This is a SCAM!! Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! I asked them to replace it or refund my money, but peeps the word!

They came in a timely manner, I opened the package they were very pretty and I felt them see how soft they were. I have felt softer, but they were nice. I felt inside the pocket to see if just as soft and found a huge hole where they missed sewing the seam. I got online to call to see about exchange and you can ONLY contact them by this help number very hard to get their help dail which is SEVEN SIX ZERO²⁸⁴³¹³¹ I contacted them and the company care team was awesome in helping they have admitted their mistake issue me a return shipping for a DEFECTIVE item. Do Not order t hoodie that’s terrible quality, Not too noticeable. The pattern is bright and colorful. I would not purchase more. I would definitely NOT order from this company again

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a fleece pullover. They sent me a terrible polyester shirt that looked nothing like I ordered. I sent them pics and they claimed they sent me exactly what I ordered. They refused to issue a refund and stopped responding to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

no return number, no confrimation number and nothing. a total scam. no tracking.. nothing.... be waiting over a week NO Emails in return! A ***king SCAM. be WA$RNED they take a run with your money. it is a total flook.

Wish I saw this site before I bought a pullover from them. They said they shipped. It never arrived. They refuse to do anything about it. Do not spend your money here. They won’t even contact the carrier to investigate so clearly nothing shipped. I’ve sent way too many emails to their customer service. Total waste of my time. But this company is very very bad.

A total scam web site. They are not selling the product that they are advertising, rather very low quality replicas. I tried to arrange a refund however they told me the shipping cost (for under a few hundred grams) will be far too expensive however they’d gladly refund me $11 from a $90 spend! How is this legal?

WINMARGOT IS A SCAM. Received an email about a sweater that was shipped a month after purchase, and 45 days later still nothing. I sent them an email and went to check on my order again at winmargot.com and it's DISAPPEARED. We're pretty confident we've lost the money and won't receive the product.

*UPDATE: we received the "sweater" finally - looks nothing like the ad, way over priced for what it is, and it was enormous! It's a shirt, not a sweater. So we did receive a product in exchange for our money, so maybe not a total scam; but again, they aren't really selling what's being advertised.

Absolute crap. This winmargot product is a total scam. You get the product but it is paper thin and not at all what is advertised.

This is absolutely a scam.
I ordered a jacket for my boyfriend in Nov 2020, it is now March 29, 2021.
I’ve emailed like crazy to FINALLY receive a tracking number and a reply back saying the item was shipped.
I work for USPS, so I could see where the item was...... it has NOT been shipped.
It says “label created” — which means the item has not been shipping. They basically have printed a fake tracking number so I will shut up. This was over a week ago— with no scan.
Just a heads up, do not use this website— it is 100% a scam!

I would give a zero star rating if possible. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can't get a response and if you do it is a gernacic response. Order 3 items 2 arrived in a timely manner but the other took over 3 months to arrive and when it did it was wrong. I emailed twice to get a return started and once again no response.

Horrible and connected with others like bertpal and winmargot. Do not order from.

I ordered something over 4 weeks go. I received an email claiming that my order was shipping. When they sent me the tracking number, it is a fake. They tracking number says the item shipped in October of 2020. They do not respond to the questions I ask, if at all. Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I wish that I read the reviews before I placed my order.

HORRIBLE! I ordered XL shirts at best they are mediums. I actually took pictures of their shirts sitting on top of actual XL shirts and you can visibly see the difference.

They offer 5% discount and recommend I give them as gifts…SERIOUSLY?

The quality of this crap is unbelievable. Sent the wrong sizes and not the correct colours. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. I requested to have my money refunded before my items were even shipped. My requests were ignored and now I’m out a lot of money.

I ordered from this fraud company 3 weeks ago and my order still has not shipped! I emailed them to cancel and they are charging me 10% fee to cancel. Stay away from this fraud company!!

I wish there was a 0 star option. I ordered 3 sweaters and it took a month and half to receive. Then when order arrived they were not what I ordered. The material is thin and the sleeves on on sweater was short. I have tried several times to return the items for a refund and they suggest I give these horrible items to someone as a gift and will refund 5%. Seriously? Do not make the same mistake I made. They are a scam.

Do not use this web site or this company at all! This is a scam!! Nothing more and nothing less!! The one star gives them way to much credit. No star should be an option just to complain about these frauds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL!!!!!!
