I ordered a jumper, did not receive the goods and the company did not respond to my 3 emails asking where my goods were. Would not recommend and have not received my money back either

Quick delivery, nice shirt.

Sent back 4 shirts requesting refund. Had an acknowledgement stating that the shirts had been received and refund issued which can take up to 14 days!! It has now been 12 days no refund received and awaiting a response to a chaser email. It is 2025 and most companies can issue refunds in 3-5 days! Do I need to speak to my credit company and do a Section 75? I wish I had known this before ordering as I cannot be bothered with this apparent hassle to get my money back! I would think twice about ordering from this company if there is a chance you will need a refund.

UPDATE: in response the the reply below, there has been no repeated emails in just one asking for an acknowledgment of the return of the shirts and today’s follow up for the refund. If most organisations can process refunds within 3-5 business days I can’t see why your business can’t either.

I bought 4 shirts @ £100 from canarie shirts, they sent oversized shirts and I asked for an exchange. I returned the shirts immediately but it took me a month to get a response from them. They later responded and told me that they are sending only 2 shirts and will make a refund for the other two shirts which are currently unavailable. I later received 3 shirts with no refund for the 1 shirt. I sent message and I got no response. I was suppose to use this shirts for my vacation, I have gone on the vacation without the shirts and came back with unresolved refund issues with respect to the shirts. It's not nice at all

As a first-time customer, I ordered 4 shirts @ £25 each under CanarieShirts' current offer. Their choice of colours & patterns looked good although in my collar size, the choice became more limited and their was only once choice of sleeve length (17") for my collar size. The shirts duly arrived quite quickly and I was pleased with my choice. However, having tried on one shirt, the sleeves were far too long (it made me think Canarie had used an Orangutang for a model for its shirts!)
As I really did not want to go to the trouble of finding someone to shorten the length of 8 sleeves, and the extra cost, sadly I really had no option but to return the shirts, much to my disappointment. Because of Charlotte's excellent customer service (from 'across the pond'!) I would rate CanarieShirts at 4½ stars out of 5.

They are nice shirts looking shirts which fit well, but they fall apart quickly after washing. After one wear of a blue shirt I bought, I treated the collar with stain remover and the color washed out of it. Other shirt I bought, after two washes, the plastic buttons cracked.

Just received my shirt, excellent fit,good quality. Very pleased with it. Sad that it doesn't have a pocket. Overall a very good shirt.

Canarie shirts are simply outstanding. The classic style, perfect fit, and luxurious feel make them a cut above the rest. In my opinion, the quality surpasses anything offered by today’s mainstream menswear retailers. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for timeless, top-tier shirts.

I tried to order two shirts but the online delivery address field was corrupted and added a random town and postcode to the end of my delivery address. Why did they send a parcel out with two delivery addresses on it? Have not received a response to my email within 24 hours as promised. They do not advertise a telephone number to speak to someone. Best avoided in my view

Canarie shirts owe me money for shirts returned and have stopped responding to my messages. They promised making the refund more than 2 weeks ago but has stopped communicating with me since then. Awful behaviour, and I will think twice before buying anything from them.
