I have just migrated my business website and email to Canary Dwarf, as various little niggling issues were creeping in on an old website that I didn't know how to fix. I previously used a larger hosting company who had loads of information/manuals online, however it took such a time and brain effort to work out what I needed to do I would just procrastinate and leave it and not resolve anything. So I have switched hosting to Canary Dwarf as Marc is local and I originally met him through one of his Wordpress events. Marc is open, helpful, generous with his knowledge and makes things easy to understand. I am now encouraged and enthused to finally approach the more daunting task of updating and building a new website with Marc's 1-2-1 support training, confident in the knowledge I have some one approachable and human to help me when I, inevitably, get stuck!

Canary Dwarf were a great help when I approached them to design our website. This was a totally new experience for me and I don't speak computer terminology! I felt involved and supported throughout the process and when we went live, there was immediate back up if required.

The Princes Street Easter Play Trust wanted to make the charity's website more dynamic, relevant, eye-catching and fit for the purpose of communicating with both supporters and visitors. Marc at Canary Dwarf met all of the above aims with skill and experience resulting in exactly the web presence that that the Trustees were looking to achieve.

Marc has managed the Boat of Garten village website for many years now and has recently updated it completely to improve its security, navigation and appeal. The community website team had a very clear idea of the look they wanted and Marc made it all happen, accommodating all our requests and answering all our queries. He has given us training on the new version of WordPress, in some instances creating bespoke videos to show how tasks are undertaken. The community is now managing the content, but Marc continues to take care of all things technical and responds very quickly to any changes or additions we ask for. As well as being highly skilled and very efficient, Marc is a very pleasant and unflappable person to work with and we can't recommend him highly enough.

I worked with Marc at Canary Dwarf in relaunching our golf club website which had been neglected for a number of years. My experience was a very good one. Marc made time to come up several times during the build to ensure his design met our requirements and the final product has been a lot more effective. The price we were quoted up front was the final one and was very competitive plus Marc has given us a few months of support at no cost afterwards. I needed some help in improving my website but didn't want to pay for a company to take over. I saw from his website that Marc offered training so I arranged an appointment. Had an excellent 3 hrs and covered a load of points that I was unsure about regards wordpress and we also sorted out a few features on the site that weren't working properly. 3 hrs well spent and well worth the fee.

I needed someone to set up my first site on a low budget. Someone to explain it to me and help me to write the step by step guide to managing it later. March did a great job with it all and stood by my site whenever I needed him later on without any delays. Thanks Marc!

Marc has provided brilliant support for our website.
