I've loved the product and enjoyed wearing it. I did order double and asked if I could return the 2nd red sweater and exchange it for a blue one. This was agreed and I paid another $20 ($19.95 I think), but the blue replacement has never arrived. I'm raising for the first time now, as I was allowing for delays in postage. It's a lovely product, nice to wear, but pity the blue replacement never arrived.

The jacket was nothing like the advertised product. Material was cheap and nasty. Didn't even bother to try it on. It was the worst looking jacket I've ever seen. I'm taking it to a volunteer organisation not sure if they will want it either. We think it's a cheap chinese company masquerading as Australian. There are no shops in advertised cities.

They are not in Melbourne or Canberra or Sydney or London or any of the other locations that their many websites claim. They are in China.

They do not sell premium products - They sell low quality products at premium prices.

They over-value items and then claim 80% discount (illegal practise under Australian Consumer Law).

They claim to be closing down and selling at 80% discount. They claim today is the last day of the sale - but they will still be there tomorrow and the day after, just as they have been there for months past.

Their many websites offer full refund if you are not satisfied but then refuse to provide the refund, offering only 10 or 20% if you return the goods at your expense.
