This was a wonderful experience. Our guide knew so much and answered all of our questions during the tour. Everyone was incredibly friendly and always made sure we were having a great time. If you are having a hard time picking what company to do your tours I BEYOND recommend Cancun Riviera Maya!!!

I had to change my tour two days before by a mistake in booking the wrong date and the agency helped me to change it. No problems and they were very helpful.

Also helped me not to miss one of the tours that I accidentially missed the start hour. Always helped me to have a great time.

My friend had a little accident at Xel Ha and the people who works here did everything possible to change the second part of our package so we could do something else . They always did their best and were so kind to help us. I would definitely use them again

It was so much fun exploring the jungle. Our tour guides were extremely helpful and fun. I highly recommend if your looking for a fun way to explore without the loud crowd.

The whole experience were great, the staff and guide were very helpful and made the trip easy and relaxing and a lot of fun. The shuttle was very convenient, and even the quick snorkel lesson at the beginning was helpful as a refresher, or as a guide if you're new. We saw so many beautiful fish and sea turtles, and the shipwreck was awesome! The boat ride really was short, no more than 5-10 minutes at a time in the boat and straight in the water. Such a great trip and experience, highly recommended!

We snorkeled with this company while on a family vacation. Booking was wonderfully easy and price included snorkeling in 3 locations, transportation to and from our hotel as well as all equipment (included prescription mask). We started with a short safety briefing making sure everyone knew how to appropriately use all equipment. We then boarded the boat and were taken to the first location. Anna our guide was wonderful as were the captain and our photographer, yes they sent out a photographer with us and we got so many wonderful photos! I have snorkeled in many beautiful places with many good companies, but this company gets my highest rating and will have my return business. I would highly recommend them to all.

Special thanks to Adrian who made sure all details were taken care of. Transportation was ok, sometimes private is better because you get some people that can ruin the whole experience; drivers were very nice and professionals which helped the situation.

I have snorkeled many times with the 60 plus person boats. This was much better due to our guide being able to pull us to many locations he was familiar with. 3 turtles, hundreds of fish, and beautiful coral enclaves. A sunken ship was covered with all the marine life you could hope to see. You don't get this with the large groups.

Taxis were on time always, the tour guide was engaging and open to any questions in Spanish or in English. We felt as if we were in good hands all the time. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and use again

The tour was great and it meet my requirements of swimming with Whale Sharks, our guide Lena was awesome! And my boyfriend and I enjoyed the tour really much but it ended early at 1:10pm when it was suppose to end at 2pm. I would have liked to spend more time swimming with the whale sharks and in the playa Mujeres beach. We had a bad experience with the transportation back to the hotel. We waited until 2:30pm for our driver (an hour) that never showed up so we walked to the office and they got us another driver. I spoke with Adrian and told him the situation and that we lost our transportation from one hotel to another (we were switching hotels) so he allowed the driver to stop at our hotel to get our bags and take us to our other hotel, this made it better and made our bad experience go away so I am grateful for that. Overall it was a great tour and an unforgettable experience

Friendly van driver picked us up at our hotel on time. Arturo met us at dock with my lost ticket. Guides on boat friendly and professional. Water was Perfect temperature. Beautiful coral and fish and turtles and shipwreck. Fun first time snorkel experience. The right amount of time for families and novices.

This trip was a great value! The group was small - 16, in a medium size van. Our driver picked us up at 7:45am and we didn't return until 8:00pm! What a packed day. Our driver was great, very nice and professional.

Spent 7 days in Cancun at a great resort..all inclusive...BUT.....this tour was so fun......catamaran....sea ...sunshine.... a very lively crew.....with outrageous music.....open bar....the crew was fun..pleasant.....and not a minute without a cocktail in hand! We sailed...we snorkeled...we lunched..we stopped to pet sharks and then we shopped at a an island and explored and bought souvenirs .....then we sailed again and stopped to take spinnaker ride off the boat..they took fun photos all the way......beach clubs hammocks.....and clear waters.......THUMBS UP! If you are a Fuddy Dudddy..its not for you.....its a great way to spend a fabulous day on the water! Respect the Reef Life...its a Living...Alive and Beautiful...... Dont miss this Tour!

If you love snorkeling but don't want to spend a hole day for it go with Total snorkel. The reef is awesome, the staff is great and the equipment for all needs. So far the only place I know where they even allow you to dive under instead of just floating. One of the best snorkel tours I have done. Definitely recommend this trip. Thank you Total snorkel for an amazing day!

I found a great fair price in all services, it was a big experience because they have a great customer service, helping with your questions, on time, safe buys online, good site web, cool people, clean vehicles. Also they offer great product quality, so you only have to worry about enjoy the beautiful sea and nightlife.

We bought most of our tours with them during our time in Cancun and now we prefer them over the other companies we tried! We got a great service from the start, the tours and transportation were perfect and all for a great price. Would definitely recommend them.
