Damn wish i checked this site i ordered the yankee christmas set on 21st nov for my sister no delivery and no reply via emails as i messaged them loads of times

i payed using clearpay too who are still taking payment in installments so messaged them

Ditto to what everyone else said. Not a happy bunny. Keep clear of them. I have reported them to Citizens Advice and to Action Fraud It's easy to do and only takes a few minutes. Can I ask you all to also report to these organisations as maybe they will listen if they have numerous complaints. I also went onto the Liverpool Echo facebook page and posted on their as well. Post as much as you can please.

Scam, avoid. Like everyone else ordered a Yankee Candle advent calendar. Not received, no response to emails. Contacting Action Fraud -Police website to report. I would recommend you all do the same and to stay well clear of these. Thieves!

Scam this close to Christmas. What an absolute nightmare this has become. can't see me getting the money back now either.

Took my money, no items delivered and they just ignore my attempts to contact them. I'll be taking it further with my bank, but save yourself the hassle and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Like all the reviews on here, I placed an order on Thurs 20th Nov, automated email received the following day confirming shipment, however the order never arrived. Since sent a number of emails, completed online query form but no reply to any correspondence and ironically no phone No. detailed on the website. I’m now trying to claim my monies back through my credit card/bank! I should and will in future check Trustpilot reviews as I would have avoided this company!

Placed an order for candles as a Christmas gift for my elderly aunt who has been isolating since the spring several weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. Have chased up by email - no response. My money has been taken from my account. Can't believe that there are such cold hearted people taking advantage of vulnerable people during this difficult time at Christmas. Disgusting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, as others have stated they take the money and run.

Very disappointing. Ordered the Yankee Candle Advent Calendar several weeks go. Has not been sent. No response to e-mails, no phone number on website. Have e-mailed multiple times to get a refund. Please avoid this thieving company. I have reported this issue to my credit card company. I pray that I can get my money back.

As others have said... this is a scam site. Money taken, item never delivered and no reply to emails.

AVOID AVOID !!! What a con, ordered 3 sets of Yankee Candles, 73 pounds in value, emailed 3 times but no reply, just like others on here I get the feeling someone somewhere is loving taking peoples money for nothing, well I hope your happy and can live with yourself

Another silly mug who has bought an item from this website and received nothing. No replies to emails no phone number to contact. Chalk it up to experience. The gentleman (if you can call him that) is gerard gordon glennon. You are a disgrace, nothing more than a thief.

I really am so frustrated that I didn’t check these out on here first. If an offer seems too good to be true, that’s usually because it is!
I placed an order and got a dispatch email so stupidly placed a second, more expensive order...... which was never dispatched and the first one never arrived.
Despite emails, there’s been no communication at all. Now I have to try and see if I can get a refund via my bank but I’m not holding my breath.
Please avoid!

Very quick to take an order and sent text message to say confirmed and despatched but then nothing.
Raised a dispute with my c/card company to ensure they don't get my money.
