Eventually got a refund from visa for my order of £55 which I never received
My order was made 3 months ago and all messages to Candleflame and there where many were all ignored, the company did not refund me it was visa after investigation to prove this company is a fraud

Absolutely awful service. Ordered on the 12th November 2022. And still nothing has arrived by 31st January. No response to my emails. No money back. Completely silent. Never buy from this place . I do not recommend them at all.

I have paid for three vip boxes that have not been delivered. The seller has failed to respond to numerous messages.

Didn’t turn up and then blocked me on social media.

Not received the item yet and had no communication on what is happening, even though I have emailed twice.
i did see an email regarding a note was put on my account but nothing regarding delivery.

I still haven't received my item I am not sure it is even a real company I would advise people to order from some where else.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT or from this place. Shady business practices and very unprofessional. Placed an order that I did not receive contacted them and they tried to blame the royal mail strikes. Bearing in mind I had ordered something before I placed an order with them on a slower royal mail service and still received it. I asked for the tracking number to see what had happened with the parcel and they would not provide it! Instead they said it had been returned to them which without a tracking number I cannot prove is true or false. They said they would send by evri instead but when I asked for the tracking number for that they went radio silent. Absolutely shady business don't trust them.

I purchased on nov 4 still nothing.I got a apology on Facebook messenger off ashley on 22/11 saying he would send again via dpd recorder and a full refund.I’ve not received either and now I’m getting no reply’s my order was £35 .I have used this company several times and never had a problem

It took longer to receive the products, but I can’t fault them. The reed diffuser is very strong (in the good sense). I have it in the bathroom upstairs but even on the foyer downstairs you can smell it. It is very similar to FlowerBomb, fragrance that I love!

The little snap bar is small, however it lasts a lot and smells great! I have quite a few, but will not hesitate to buy more when I’m running low.

My first review was 1* (my apologies to the owner), but after receiving the products, I’d give 11 out of 10. Really good quality and value for money.

Ordered on a Thursday and was delivered the following Friday. Requested delivery was 2 days Royal Mail. Missed a friends birthday. Friend said candle scent was strong in a good way, nice looking candle. Might use again but would order a long time in advance if needed for a specific day/event.

Always deliver on time and very polite and products are amazing.

These candles are fantastic and smell gorgeous last for ages and there are loads to choose from. I love the baby powder one its smells great. I've just ordered a sample box of the most popular wax melts so I can try different ones in my burner, Reasonably priced too, you can also pay by clear pay and pay fortnightly to spread the cost.

Quick to order online, great delivery service for local customers especially, very reasonably priced and the wax melts scent lasts for more than an 8 hour burn and smell awesome.
