We’ve purchased the candles 3 for £45. Very disappointed with our purchase. Don’t know something wrong with the batches not used enough aromatic oil.
This probably our final purchase with them..

Great service from Zayn at Westfield!!

I bought I fragrance and took it back a couple hours later because my daughter got the shop wrong. They refused to give me a refund saying it was not their policy to refund!!!! I had to literally hold their board up which was on display on their till and show them their refund policy and say you will give me a refund! So far the funds have not been returned via my bank yet!

I was served by a lovely lady, Rabia she was so helpful. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much x

I ordered 2 weeks ago got nothing still said preparing order even though on the website it says 3-5 days for delivery. I spoke to a wondering man called JAY who sorted everything out for me and made me less angry as i did previously email 3 times as well and got nothing back as i was stressing as they are Christmas presents.

Amazing service I emailed and got a response almost immediately and my issue was resolved

Don't buy online as they have probably have the least concentration of parfum. Once you buy online you will know what i meant. Most online star need to be verified as don't display lower star and are deleted from viewing. I myself have given two reviews , both deleted.

We had a great experience with Fordil! He was so helpful and introduced us to various perfumes that we wouldn't have tried. I will definitely come back again!

I recently discovered you in Westfield Shopping Centre Stratford.

One of your sales people was spraying a ‘night in Paris’ on to test strips and it smelt amazing. He told me of a 20% offer and said a bottle would cost me £56 instead of £70. I returned 10 minutes later to buy, he then told me the ‘night in Paris’ EDP was not included in the 20% offer but as a gesture of goodwill he would discount it to £63. I politely declined and walked away. Such a shame as I had my card in hand ready to buy but felt like I was being taken advantage of.

My original order went missing and candlesnoud sent a replacement immediately. Royal Mail were no help at all. Candlesnoud were terrific .
