Bought a vacuum cleaner Dec 2021. Faulty accessory was replaced 10 months in. Same accessory has broken down again 13 months after the replacement arrived and now Candy is refusing to fix it as "it is out of warranty". Company is claiming 2 year warranty on breakdowns but clearly doesn't want to back it up

I purchased a Candy CSTG 272DVE/1-S November, 2022 from Kotsobolos, Pangrati. It was extremely loud during the spin cycle from the very beginning. In March of 2023 water began coming out of the bottom of the machine during the spin cycle. I took pictures. I have "Total Support", a technician was sent by Candy, he couldn't find anything wrong, advised me to call again if the problem continues. It did,this time I have pictures and video, I called and the same technician arrived. Of course the machine didn't leak on that day! He didn't even pull out or open the machine, didn't do anything, within 10 minutes left and once again call the company to take the machine for a factory check which will take a week! I have to say that Kotsobolos was very helpful and offered a lender machine . I notified Candy and on May 29th received an email stating that I would be contacted by the local service provider to arrange pick up. As of yesterday June 8th, I have heard nothing. Kotsobolos called me four times to see if I had been taken care of and the second time they said they would resubmit the ticked marked urgent. The third time (Tue June 6th) I informed them that I was still waiting. Yesterday June 8th, Kotsobolos called again and upon hearing that nothing had changed they told me that they were going to take it into their hands and that I should go to my nearest location and choose a new machine at no cost to me. They also transferred my Total Support service agreement which expires in Nov 2027. I have to say that Kotsobolos went out of their way to help me I will never buy Candy again.

Dryer bought on june 21st 2021. Made a contact through the official website for warranty expansion. I was replied that the company needed some info and the amount of 70 euros. I sent the info required no reply. Tried to make a contact through the official website, no reply. Tried to contact customer support service through phone managed to talk to a representative after 3 days. She informed me that warranty expansion i snot possible and that th eemail received by Candy is not valid.
Highly dissatisfied, not recommended by by end.
