So I cant redeem my winnings. I keep getting a message that my bank is rejecting my deposit however I have followed their directions and tried to add up to seven other debit cards and they give a message that these cant be used for redemption. Cool I try to use plaid after the initial try the option dissappears completely, same thing with paypal and Venmo options. Now those payment methods aren't even an option because the options have miraculously left my app. They keep giving you the same false information and they arent helpful at all! I have had no luck redeeming a measly 100 dollars. There was no issue running the same card to buy CC though. Scam Scam Scam! Do not use. Until I get my funds I will scream my story from the rafters! And dont even try to respond to this review with some copy and pasted response. Pay these Players, I will leave a bad review on every social media site and review I can! Trust

I stayed adamant with customer service and made many threats about class actions and so on. He finally tells me he will transfer my funds to my Sweet sweeps account i was able to redeem and recieve my funds in 8 minutes. This is the only option that worked I hope this helps.

I was notified directly by sweet sweeps casino through email to join there sister website candy coins, and of course because it came from sweet sweeps I was very confident that it was going to be legit because sweet sweeps was always legit and never gave me any issues what so ever. So I just tried to redeem my winnings off of candy coins for the second time now and every single time I try to redeem it keeps getting rejected and ive been give ever, excuse in the book. I asked them to provide me with a transaction confirmation code from where they claim they attempted to send to my bank account and they act like they can't find it or don't know how to locate that information this website is literally garbage and I don't suggest this website to anyone this site won't last long scamming people the way they did me for very long because word will get out about these thieves and nobody will want to play on their website ever again!

Candy Coins is extremely predatory towards people with gambling problems. They do not take responsible gambling seriously.
I signed up for the website and two minutes later, requested a spend limit via email as directed in their Terms of Service. They did not respond to the email for two days, so I reached out to the Support Chat, who confirmed the limit had been applied.
A couple weeks later, they allowed me to spend excessively, despite confirming that a limit had been applied. I contacted them for help and they promptly refused to assist me or rectify the situation, stating they had no record of a spend limit even being requested. I shared proof of this including a pdf, screenshot, and literal screen recording of my inbox, and they told me they had no record and that it was not their problem. They outright refused to take any sort of accountability.
I would not play here even if you do not have problematic gambling tendencies, simply because they are completely unethical and willingly and purposefully take advantage of those that do. Do not spend your money here.

Dishonest sweeps casino. Your "bug" for redemptions has not been fixed. You are lying to your customers. According to your own words here on trustpilot, you had a redemption bug 7 days ago, then supposedly fix it 3 days ago. Yet youve been telling me that you dont know why i havent received my redemption and just cant seem to figure it out. Thats what happens when you lie. Your stories dont line up. Ive been waiting for a redemption that was approved 4 days ago and still haven't received. Customer service has just been giving me the run around with vague answers of no substantive information. Im a bit surprised that this is the situation with them, given that their sister site Sweetsweeps has been a solid place to play and never shown me any indication that they were going to turn into a scam site. I won $1800 on daily log in bonuses and received the money in less than 15 minutes. So im a bit shocked that my $140 redemption here will not be paid. Unfortunately, as many sites do, what starts of legit , wether it be poor business management or just pure greed, these sites have a history of becoming nothing more than pure thieves. This appears to be the case with Candycoins. And seeing other reviews here of others also not receiving their redemptions, I have to say I cannot recommend this site whatsoever. Do not play here . Thank you for the update. However, Chime support has confirmed there is no incoming ACH or RTP trace on record for this $140.06 payout from Coinflow. Furthermore, Coinflow support is completely unresponsive to consumer inquiries.

Because the funds never reached my bank, the transaction is stuck on Coinflow's end. As the merchant, please contact your Coinflow Account Manager to manually trace or cancel this batch, or re-credit the 140.06 SC to my account balance so we can resolve this.

as of 8/27/26 they will not let you redeem due to a bug is what they claim ATM idk if they will really fix it or if its some BS they have been telling me. lost the balance so I can't update with redemption and will not deposit any more to find out whenever they feel like doing it. also 7 seat BJ minimum hands are 25$ and the slots are not very good no prag no hacksaw no playson. bonus are fishy because i spun into all of them and they all flopped really bad. support was really nice but it don't matter if they can't help you redeem. please don't try and take my review down I have screen shot and you guys have chat logs tot verify what im saying
