Was disappointed 10 out of 20 selections were missing from order. Emailed 8 days ago to query why I had not been informed that half the order was missing but unfortunately have not received any response. Wouldn’t order again at present as disappointed with order

Not very happy to be honest, what’s the point of being able to pick your own sweets if you don’t even get the sweets you picked?

I haven't even received my order
I haven't even received my order. I have emailed twice and nobody has bothered to get back to me. I understand that from time to time things go wrong but for nobody to get intouch with me to try and resolve the matter, is just bad customer service.

I have ordered from you three times now andy every other time it has been great this time it felt like everything I had ordered had run out. I ordered three scoops of pink marshmallow balls and there was two. The strawberry laces there was a couple of ends not even a full lace. Very disappointed
