The product range is good but the recent order was had some issues. the crisps were crushed and I wish there was an option to choose a freebie rather than get sent something that is undesirable.

It was all processed and sent very quickly. I was so glad it was labelled 'fragile' so my bts oreos didn't arrive crushed. I've seen they have just increased the price from £3.99 to £4.99 which is not worth it in my opinion so I won't be buying more unless they change it.

Luckily I managed to get my very small chocolate order in before all this stupid weather kicked off. It was treated as if it was the best order they had received and it arrived two days later. Only sorry I can't reorder but until that silly yellow thing goes away Candymail is very sensibly not posting chocolate - roll on winter🥵

When you really want that full on flavourful Sugar Rush you can't go wrong ordering from Candymail. Never disappoints with both the quality of the products and delivery. This was my first time ordering from Candymail.co.uk. I ordered multiple items as a birthday gift. The items arrived quickly, they were well packaged but unfortunately one of the cans was damaged. I got in contact with customer services who refunded me straight away with no issues.

Great range of items that are a treat for us. Well packaged and arrived very promptly.

My family and I found this a really good way to try out snacks we had never tried before and a few we battle to find from our original home country. There were only 3 products none of us enjoyed out of the 17 I ordered. I would like to make a suggestion that packaging be upgraded a bit as the crisps bag opened and the crisps were crushed, so were some chocolate. Besides those two mishaps, this was a really fun way to try new stuff. I will definitely order again.
