Terrible charges £34.99 for an international surprise box and got 7 items when I complained via email they sent me an email that was blurry as hell and couldn’t be read so currently waiting for a resend email the box is not worth £34.99 do not buy it oh and it’s a plain cardboard box so not very fancy for a gift the only good thing I waited 2-3days for it to arrive

I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the contents of your International Mystery Box.
I have checked the most recent batch of these boxes and they contained 16 items, so there certainly should not have only been 7 items included. We work towards the value of the box rather than a set item count and, where possible, we always try to go a little over the value paid.
Every item that goes into our mystery boxes is scanned individually, with the value recorded digitally. We also keep a handwritten packing record, so we can verify exactly what was packed into each batch.
Could you please let us know the date code from the label on the side of the box? Once we have that, we can check both the digital records and packing sheet for your box and investigate this further for you.

Update: Following your feedback, we asked for the batch code from the side of your mystery box so that we could investigate your concerns fully. Once this was provided, we checked both our digital packing records and handwritten batch sheets.
We can confirm that your box came from Batch #5 dated 21/05/2026, which contained 16 products with a total packed value of £35.22, exceeding the advertised £34.99 value. Every item placed into our mystery boxes is individually scanned into our system and recorded, allowing us to verify exactly what was packed.
We have also physically checked remaining boxes from the same batch and confirmed that their contents match both our digital and handwritten records.
We appreciate that mystery boxes are subjective and not every item will appeal to every customer. However, based on our investigation, we are confident that the box contained the advertised value and significantly more than the 7 items stated in your review.
