Absolutely NO aftersales support.
Made a small order that was to be delivered to France (total with shipping was less than 25 sterling. Order appeared to go out fast...and that is when things went down. I noticed the order made it to France, but sat in customs for over 3 days, and according to Candymail, it is still in customs, in France. I sent 2 emails asking for help/clarification on what was happening with the order....After 4 days still no response from the company. Once the purchase is made and they have their money, there is absolutely NO after sales support and they don't care about the customer. If you are having anything shipped outside the UK from Candymail, good luck. It as now been almost 10 days since placing the order and 8 since it was shipped and I have not received it yet nor a response/support from Candymail.

Have used Candymail many times and never had any complaints from my kids, its a great way to experience drinks, candy and snacks from different countries. Have tried other stores but they have never been as good as candymail. Good communication, good products and well packaged.

Very speedy delivery items purchased at a reasonable price accept for the American candy mail , I thought I would be receiving something sweet I received a crumbled box of Pringles very disappointing.

Started using candymail when my son wanted all the new primes and this year my daughter asked for sweets for Easter 🐣 so this came in very handy as there is always a good range of American sweets always arrives very quick.

I love this site!! Theres so many things I miss from America when I'm in England, its so nice to be able to get them again!!! Everything is always packed very well, and Everything is always in date!!

The snacks were great. The ruffles were nice but a bit too salty for my liking but I’m sure others would love that. I really wanted to try the Dubai chocolate but they did not have it in stock. But overall experience was excellent.

I love the different types of sweets you offer shame some of the sweets and drinks go out of stock so fast. Could u do a restock notification for people waiting for them to come back into stock?
