Great service, came safely

I recently ordered a 1.5kg pick mix from This company and the quality was amazing,the sweets tasted so much fresher than they would of if I had brought them straight from a shop.I loved the huge selection of sweets I could choose to make my ideal pick mix.I will definitely be ordering again soon and I can’t recommend this business enough!

I will start this review by saying that I have a serious sweet tooth issue, so I would regard myself as being an expert in this area!
I have now had numerous deliveries of packages of sweets from Candy Obsession and so thought it was time to share my experience and rate the sweets.

I must start with the sweets as that’s what it’s all about! They are all fantastic sweets, there is a huge selection and the quality is second to none, every delivery has contained fresh items that have been perfectly packaged. The resealable pouch is a welcome bonus, some of the pouches I have ordered are huge and too much, even for me, to finish in one sitting, so to be able to keep them perfectly fresh for my next sweet binge is great!
The individual sweets are clearly chosen to be the premium option of each type, no poor quality and cheap brands have been used in any of the selections that I have made.

The website is easy to navigate and payments are secure and simple to process.

Top quality delivery at the advertised speed has been experienced with every order.

This is a very professional business that responds to communication on the same day. I have even made special requests that weren’t available on the website and these were sorted with no hassle at all.

The Company go out of their way to deliver a great overall experience, these are top quality sweets at highly competitive prices provided by a friendly and efficient business, what more could you ask for?!

Go ahead and tell your friends and family as they won't be disappointed! 10/10!!!

High quality candy with an unbelievably huge variety. You can tell they are fresh just by looking at them. Good value for money and delivered promptly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very good quality sweets can highly recommend, fast delivery will be definitely be using this service again.

We ordered a selection of sweets and when we finally received our order.

Packaging was damaged, bag not sealed and other bag contained poor quality sweets that at best were that of leftovers.

Sweets were sticky and definitely not fresh and despite contacting seller on email and number.

They have not replied so avoid the drama and look elsewhere.

Ordered sweets from this company for a party and was met with nothing but stress and hassle from the owner of the business.

They don't answer their telephone number and the number is always turned off, it comes across that the number is there to make you think there a honest and trustworthy company.

Sadly the company operate to such a poor standard that a order was weeks late and after multiple emails and message to them i got no where.

The items were ordered but never arrived in the time scale they state on the website, I then was informed that the delivery was out for delivery with Royal Mail, having waited days i chased them and was ignored for days on trot.

After finally getting a response, the owner came back saying he was very sorry and offered a 20% discount which was fair but like i said all we wanted was the order to be with us.

He then informed us that he would at his cost get the goods delivered by DPD for a next day delivery, this came and went and after so many different excuses from him blaming the courier still no goods.

The company are really poor with there service and if the owner spent as much time getting delivers out on time instead of fighting negative reviews he might learn.

The quality of the items were beyond poor and the main tub of sweets was not sealed like they state and not fresh like they claim.

The contents of the sweets were at best what you see as leftovers and pretty much poor quality.
Sweets were all to much of the same with little variety and stale

Paid for sweets to be delivered by Halloween and nothing been past 5 days and lots of emails but no sweets.
First issue with Royal Mail then being upgraded to DPD and no real tracking.

Further email today from them and being blackmailed now that they would not refund
My order unless I removed my reviews which I won’t.

The seller has taken to multiple
Platforms trying to have my reviews removed.

Finally the sweets arrived and were not fresh, poorly packaged and was more like a box of factory seconds.

I would never trust this company again and would say that they have a lot to learn about customer service and how you treat customers.
The product was poor quality and rock hard sweets but the fresh ones I expected.

Good selection for the pick n mix , but when the bag has been chosen, there’s too much of one sweet

Always delivered with speed and good communication. Not opened this bag as yet but all previous orders have been excellent quality.

The quality of the sweets are great and you have a lot of options to choose from. My only negative point is that it says you can track your order on the website but the website doesn't update so you can't see exactly when your order will arrive but they usually arrive pretty quick (2-3 days) so it not too big a deal, would just be nice.
